Darwen, tried, easier said than done, OCD, best when I dont look at LSE atall, made that mistake this morning.

PBBTRADE99 - YES, I know lots of shares where shareholders have constructive engagement. Hemo/Vlad used to engage alot more than now but its gotten so toxic in the past few years that is all but gone and its now just a vicious circle of zero engagement, moaning on here and Vlad just pi55ed off. Shareholders should want Hemo to do well, sentiment to return and the company to do well. At some point the balance will tip and positive engagement will win out. But it would be fantastic if shareholders used their time and energy to spell out the positives in public and raise constructive feedback to the company via more appropriate channels.

Do I waste my time? Unless you know something more than me then IND is imminent, but by all means if you have inside info share. Vlad has NEVER hung around with bad news, he has dropped delays and clinical holds and no deal RNS's on us faster than a hot potato. If there was bad news it would have been made public immediately with a terribly written RNS that does nothing to dampen the blow.

If you want to get a response, actually get a response of something that is not inside information then do something about it. Lift the phone, ring peterhouse, show your holding and ask for a meeting. If they refuse get 3% in concert (Hint Hint not hard) and as a group demand a meeting or a response.

Its a week later than I thought for IND submission, whoopie... I am disappointed but listening to a few on here you would be excused for thinking the world is ending, Hemo have shut up shop and its all over. Because of a week...... Jesus wept.

HT, good question, and pressure should be applied to apply for grants like that. And Shareholders SHOULD be challenging Vlad has he applied for this if not why not?

Micky, I believe questions like the CDX offers, or due diligence done prior to Mint or what safe guards have been put in place to prevent mistakes like that in place are important. I want to know why assurances RE website have not been done yet and I want to know that funding for trials from Prevail etc have been secured or atleast provisionally agreed. HOWEVER a moan on LSE will not answer any of these questions.

I want to see good governance, I want to see a company with good shareholder engagement but the one thing that has happened over the last few years is Vlad and the board have become so shut off from shareholders that its impossible to get anything more than vague responses and reassurances. I am NOT Vlads number one supporter or defender, I just believe there is a time and a place for everything and an LSE board like this is not appropriate. WE as shareholders benefit when the SP does well which comes from positive engagement on here, the company does well and that gives Vlad more options.

As a shareholder I want this company to do well, I want to promote it and I want to tell people what it is about Hemogenyx that I see as an exciting investment opportunity, but I waste my time responding to this.

We have genuine grievances, the website, the lack of PR, how long does it take to do ONE SINGLE PQ run? What was communicated at the BAIT conference that has not been shared with the rest of shareholders. Many of us have simple suggestions, feedback about website, interviews choice of Peterhouse as brokers etc. We should be communicating with Hemo in a constructive fashion, larger shareholders should communicate in concert making it clear we do own more than 3% and should be listened too. But honestly its so toxic here, there is so little support whats the point of even trying?

I repeat my previous question, why do people post their moans so loudly and frequently? Do they want change? OR do they just want to moan and to hell with whatever negativity it brings? Because I guarantee you, moaning on here DOES NOT HELP ANYONE except the trolls and shorters. If people actually want to communicate their grievances then gang up, get 3% representation and email the board and demand a zoom to put forward your issues etc. Or carry on moaning predicting the worst etc just stop insisting it has no impact on the SP. If India, HT, yourself etc would just own that your negative posts might very well put off people buying and hurt the SP I would not care half as much.

its possible for both things to be true, highlight to me where i said vlad did a great job with finance, website etc, or where i said it was all traders fault? god knows i am his biggest critic and if you had seen some of the replies i have gotten back...

and yet? do you see me airing my issues in public? whats more likely to influence vlad? a moaning ****y post on lse or a reasoned referenced email?

it comes down to what do you want to achieve by posting?? do you want vlad to change? do you want the sp to recover? do you want to make a profit? do you want market sentiment to improve and people to start sharing hemo? do you just want to get a good moan off your chest? the only one of those that posting here is going to achieve is the last one. i absolutly guarantee you vlad is not going to file an rns because you moan at him on here. 1000000%. but it could put off a few buyers.

what vlad has been clear about over the years is that if money had been no issue progress would have been considerably faster, huphec would not have been shelved, they would have more staff and could do more things in parallel. with a lse restriction on 20% per annum and a sp in the gutter that makes it impossible to raise the funds required to do so.

@ everyone else, is it just me or why is this concept so hard to understand? is it really that hard to grasp that a low sp is bad for a company and constantly posting cr8p about the ceo and company on lse is not going to improve that sp? i feel like i am in some alternate reality where logic and simple facts have been replaced with stupidness.

Point is and remains, NOTHING that you, I, HT or anyone else ever posts on here is going to influence the IND application, just like it did not influence Eli Lilly to buy CDX, it did not change the results when testing CBR against Covid and it does not make Vlad submit an RNS any quicker.

The ONLY thing that moaning on here achieves, the only thing it has ever achieved over the past few years is to make this board toxic. Now whilst you, HT and everyone else is more than entitled to have a moan as much as you want just remember that every single little toxic post over the years have added to what is a pretty toxic and negative board overall with sweet FA positive engagement, no carry over to twitter/facebook etc. If you honestly believe posting has zero influence on anything then you are deluded, tuan/snooker/121/stu etc post because they KNOW it works, they know they can move the SP with a few 100k sells. Now they have bought in and gone quiet actual shareholders are stepping in to fill the void, its comical lol!

IF LSE had not existed and people had to base their investment decisions of RNS's and media publications/interviews etc do you think we would be down here? Do you think Hemo would have seen so much shorting making it so hard to raise funds?

HT, India etc, ACCEPT IT, moaning on here WILL NOT MAKE THE RNS APPEAR ANY FASTER. You either want moral to improve and SP to recover or moaning is more important 2 choices, do whatever you want but the options are mutually exclusive. At this point we are past the dilution where the SP really mattered, but I am not going to sit back and let people post from a moral high ground disavowing any responsibility for the situation we are in today after years and thousands of posts that have done absolutely NOTHING positive for the company and by extension shareholders like myself.

If half the effort had been put into supporting Hemo over the years that as a whole has been put into attacking the SP consistently would have been higher, dilution would have been lower, resources easier to obtain and progress easier to make if not watching the purse strings so closely. But.... sadly I am speaking to myself, this simple reality time and time again is lost on many who will reply again and again with more negative BS keeping this forum dominated by negativity. I am done. Work away, but atleast own your toxicity and accept the damage it has done.

I never understood why people feel the need to express such counter productive negativity on a share they are invested in. Dont get me wrong I understand WHY people feel negative, waiting for so long on a bus and it feels like years (It has been years) and you lose faith that the bus will ever arrive. But this is NOT a BUS. Its a share, a small cap share where the valuation is dominated by shareholder sentiment, volume and market penetration. Its a share which represents a company which to date has been funded by public placings where the dilution of shareholders is directly affected by the prevailing share price. So trolling a share you currently hold is not only stupid its self destructive. When there has been dilution its made worse by the SP, the lower SP over the years has made raising money harder and slowed down progress due to lack of money. And yet people still fail to grasp this simple fact and carry on both holding and moaning. I get it, I hate waiting, but I am not stupid, IF I believed half of what is posted here by the trolls I would SELL and move on. But we have worst of both worlds, emotional shareholders who dont trust the company and rather than sell and burger off prefer to hang around and make it as toxic as possible.

If people are that incapable of separating emotions from logic they should not be investing in any stock.

I am more than capable of being fed up waiting BUT at the same time realising its worth the wait. It does not matter that I dont trust Vlads ability to make the best decisions or accurately predict a date. Vlad made a dogs dinner of the first IND application, but he did it, that gives us metrics of a worst case scenario. We know the issues that were raised, know they were fixed and know the FDA required one run where 3+ additional FA were required first time. It does not take a degree to work out timescales here. We also know that Vlad is not running the trials, Prevail are, and THEY signed up and saw 2023 for clinical as realistic. But go ahead, the majority who are posting on here now seem to want to focus only on the fact it has not happened yet, focus on the past, be as pessimistic as possible instead of accepting its taking longer than expected but expected imminently. Just pick a side, if you want to be negative then have the balls to back your conviction, sell up, move on and watch from the sidelines and let the shareholders wait in peace without the "groundhog day" bs.

I agree it could take months to start actual trials, or it could be much faster.

It's not about how desperately a patient wants HEMO-CAR-T, it's about selecting the BEST patient. The ideal patient who is most likely to react positively and survive. Hemo won't cure anyone if the first patient dies. What is clear from their website is Prevail are experts in this field, screening applications. We are in good hands.

I agree, I lump HT in to the "has been burned" camp along side myself, MrI and many others. There is another camp of traders who are negative for different reasons, its pure greed though market manipulation and includes the likes of tuan, stu, bb, 121 etc, they know exactly what they are doing. And then there is Pumpkin, she deserves a camp all of her own with fireproof tents :P

Prevail are not down anything. They agreed to run phase 1 trials and their initial price tag was 1% of hemogenyx. Think they know what they are doing.

Zero shareholder engagement on Twitter, nobody promoting the company like you see with most other companies (Yes I know Hemo should do some also, but MOST is done by shareholders) And on here after a few hrs same swamp nonsense. If your posting negative irrelevant sludge your part of the problem not the solution.

There are the likes of yourself, india, micky and pumpkin who post negatively frequently. Have you ever once seen me even suggest your anything other than a sometimes disgruntled shareholder?

121, bluebottle, 131, tuan6, snooker etc have made more than enough mistakes over the years to fully expose that they are not like us, they post with the sole intention of moving the SP, if you think for one second that after a year away tuan has returned here for no other reason than they are a genuine poster here just to share their insight then you are extremely gullible. Of course they are here to manipulate, they dont suddenly day one go from posting non stop on a different share to suddenly all focus is on Hemo trying to convince everyone to sell. I honestly dont care if they are getting paid, if its one very active trader with lots of profiles, a little gang of traders who like to short and troll. Do not care for one second, but they are NOT genuine shareholders letting off steam, they are market manipulators looking to make short term profits by forcing movements in share price. And oh boy does it work some times, but they have a few LTHers on here like the afore mentioned who constantly fall into the trap of doing their job for them.
