RE: Chartists…??29 Jul 2025 10:24
Good Morning Neilius
If you go back to November last year its actually a really nice looking graph with a distinctive trend showing an upper and lower resistance.
I wasn’t sure just how much expectation was built into the SP last week but we were tracking at the upper resistance circa 65p very much in a holding pattern. Subsequent to news from Navitas drill there has been a relatively controlled increase in SP which has broken through the upper resistance level and, currently, appears to be holding. As it wasn’t a sharp ‘of the moment’ to circa 75p but instead more progressive this brings in the word ‘momentum’ Such a lovely word.
I’m now going briefly to harp back 20 years by re-mentioning that its somewhat like a stationary car…. Each bit of news or hopeful expectation is like a little push. Those little pushes on their own do not move the car (the SP). However, with an actual positive event, piece of significant news then this provides a bigger push. The car (SP) starts to move and we have momentum. The car is now moving with additional pieces of information that previously wouldn’t move the car o now having now effect and the car (SP) moves faster. This is where I perceive us to currently be. Confirmation of Insurance money received, updates on FID, Rights issues/open offer etc and indeed progress updates at Shenandoah should all help secure RKH into a new higher Fibonacci sequence level. I think we are talking next price target upper level of 82p to 89p. Trending end of year to over £1 with next sequence level actually around the 140p mark.
Worth also reflecting that many of us here have been luck enough (at long last) to be considerably in profit. 10 fold or more for some so I can see that the pressure for profit taking will also become a factor.
Just my initial thoughts, I haven’t been posting price targets too often these days as there are many on here who are far better but I do hope the above is of interest. At some stage, later into autumn one evening after FID confirmed, when I have suitably nice bottle of red open, the nights are closing in and the first chills of Autumn are with us then happy to do a good old fireside ramble.
As always, wishing each and all good fortune
