Good Evening Captduckling,

How kind of you to post and I am so sorry to hear that Capt (Admiral) Guns has passed away. I very much remember meeting him some 12 or more years ago at a DES AGM. I also remember with much gratitude his informative posts on the old ii bulletin board. A sad loss and I convey my sincere and much belated condolences. Fingers crossed for the latest Falkland adventures and I hope it’s ok for me to raise a glass of finest red wine in your brothers memory this weekend.

Wow! You’ve done well there too, bought in at 1.5p ish so modest 10% gain at moment. Holding just 200,000 shares so light dabble as such. Actually, also recently bought some Europa Oil n Gas at just over 1p. Again only 200,000 shares but in profit. I have actually recently reduced holding in BOR but sitting here with WTE with well over 1,000,000 shares 👍

Hopefully news soon on RKH to move everything forward.

Hahaha, nice first world problem that also share. My average on RKH is probably nearer to 15p but still leaves me in a very good place. Did well on these WTE’e as half my holding was bought end of July at less than 0.5p so guess I’m sharing the same problem. Funny thing is that despite my addiction to high risk oil minnows I do actually have a couple of dividend paying stocks that I bought this year during the ‘Orange Clown’ market dip in April and even those (MNG and ASHM) have gone up 50%.

Nice when all this happens, regarding the Falkland stocks we have well and truly earnt our gains 👍

Supra3, I sadly wasn't, really wanted to be there but had a major op in May followed by a pretty nasty time with Sepsis in June which I'm still recovering from so that trashed those plans! Would have been really nice to have met your 'table crowd' so hopefully next year I can show an appearance and put faces to nicknames. I have previously at Desire Petroleum AGM's met The Norseman and also a name I haven't heard for a long while now which was Capt Guns!

Well..... I was interested to hear they have a stake of I believe was said 6.4% in JHI but having had a quick scan of their accounts albeit 2024 accounts nothing is jumping out. They mention their interests in South Africa, Namibia and Guyana but nothing mentioned for the Falklands or indeed JHI. I'm probably being dump and missed something, have you got anything to reference their stake in JHI? What I would say is that on the Investors Chronicle site and indeed CEO Corp presentation of the 23rd October 2025 there is no mention although I did see some mention on the Investor Chronicle site of 1x Analyst putting out a price target of 124.92p!!! and rated as 'Outperform'

If there is some concrete info relating to an interest in JHI then I would certainly have a dabble as that would effectively be 'untapped opportunity!!

Well… even based on how RKH was valued this time last year and taking into account % involvement in respective fields I would put WTE at around 10p per share. That would value their 6.24% share of PL001 at a modest £15M. If things really take off with RKH then ‘them next door’ to RKH are going to be looking very enticing! Re SML, not sure who was pushing it either but likewise I did purchase 100,000 last week circa 1.5p too!

Fingers crossed for RKH soon, it is still my biggest Falkland investment (and longest held)!

Nice to see some useful share movement/trading today. Just to recap that WTE amongst other interests does have 6.24% interest in licence areas right slap bang next door to Rockhopper;s Sealion field.

Two of the prospects each hold the potential of 400MMbls oil recoverable each.

Rockhoppers 35% stake of sealion is currently worth around £500M and WTE's 6.24% of PL001 and 800MMbls oil+ is currently valuing WTE at just £3M !!!

WTE seriously undervalued IMHO

Don't discount WTE too much as PL001 is fully covered by 3D seismic and lies in water depth less than 500m. Tyche & Dinlas prospects in the same stratigraphic interval as Sealion discovery - each containing a potential 400MMbl recoverable. WTE's interest in all of this is 6.24% but has a market cap of only £3m! All this right next door to Sealion.

I'm happy to be holding all the Falkland players, worth reading the Westmount Energy powerpoint - pages 7, 8 & 9. I'll try to include the link below
