JCarson. I think it’s selling that is driving the price down. Why are they selling? No idea. Stupidity, lack of knowledge, too big, bought too high, didn’t do any research, thought it was a one way bet, don’t understand mining, didn’t understand scally and still don’t. My guess is it’s not the lth who are selling, it’s the bedwetters. I have bought over a million in last couple of days and when adz pukes his shares on stop at 24 (thanks for the heads up) I will buy some more.

As to your specific question about next scally news. Given the current sp there is nothing in for scally and expectations are about zero in terms of assay results. So the expected poor assay results shouldn’t affect the sp at all. But that’s not to say it won’t - in the short term.

Nicki there are 12.5m more shares in issue. The fully diluted shares in issue hasnt changed. Given where the options and warrants are struck, you should use the fully diluted shares in issue for any calculation of mkt cap.
Who knows whether the exercisers of these options will trade (sell) the shares that they now have. Only they can answer that.

It may be 75% at a later stage but NC have to pay fair value for that five per cent, so ggp would have the financial benefit of selling the five per cent.
So more an error by you than a technicality, unless you want to give me 5% of your assets for nothing that is?
