I am sure that strike think they have this in the bag for peanuts if they delay more and it goes into admin, but now is the time for someone else to make a siliy offer of say 4p and bag the assets from under strikes nose. Now wouldn't that P*** them off.

The mail infact it says that following talks last night a possible deal between purp & strike was likely be below yesterdays current price of 1.9p.

So that doesn't look to good and if true for many still buying at todays price might not get their money back.

Well it looks like as expected with NO deal, why buy at even 2p when at this rate it will go to admin and then you can buy most of it on the very cheap.

Unfortunatley Purp's BOD's seem to be like many other boards when troubles arrive, they could of had a rights issue many months ago and taken more action to stop the current position before it arrived. but like other companies just sat on their B**ms and thought it would never happen but now it's too late.

The sooner Purp is put out of pain the better which might be by admin or 1p sale.

Yes I think we will be very very lucky to stay above 2p today , and it this price if there was any value left in Purp you would expect a bid of 2p-3p and be taken by the BOD's.

Goodness they are with their backs to the wall now, no one is prepared to buy the company at anywhere near what the BOD's want and if they do it will be below current SP also now unable to get loans or get away a rights issue.

Expect the SP to drop to 2p ish soon.

After all the news there still seems to be plenty of buys.

Saw strong % gains right across the board so I am not sure if they can match those but they will be very impressive if they do.

This is going to be very hard for Carolyn to level anything up as she's only been involved in leveling things down for the last 1-2 years.

tom, just as well you only sold the vast majority of your shares and only kept a minor few (100k) just in case they went back up.

tom, very strange you say you sold out at/after Divi well that was 13th April yet you posted on the 28th April that ( I still hold 100k shares here so not totally out).
and you couldn't of bought back in under 80p in that time as the SP hasn't gone down to this level for weeks/months.

Seems strange to be so negative on a stock you hold now that you have encouraged many others to sell. This is what happens.
