The SP will be 0 very soon when the new company is relaunched with new money and new owners and a new listing.

It looks like everyone will be glad to see them go and willing to pay large amounts of money to make sure they go before cine is relaunched as a new company.

Sorry tom but I found it, it was 77.9 and not 79p . Nothing strange. I sold the vast majority of my ITV shares after the ex divi cut off for 80.1p. I keppt 100,000 just in case the Goldfinger deal comes down..... Yesterday like the Tit I am I bought back into this junk at 77.9

So are you in or out now?

I like everyone else is now praying for a minor miracle. Maybe some big US studio will offer 2 billion for a 10% stake in ITV studios......

A little while back you said you sold all you stock at about 80p and got the divi before the SP went down and then within a few days you said you bought back in with 100,000 at 79p. Then a few weeks ago you said you sold out again at 70p losing even more money.

These were all your posts and still there if you want to look them up. So now are you in or are you out ????????

Maybe Liberty can gift/swap their All3 share holding for say 10%+ more of ITV and then ITV just buy out the Warner shares.

This could be very interesting, and soon than later the true ITV value will be covered in the SP , £1.80

There are many on here that have always been negative about ITV saying it's too small, but when they try to make ITV bigger they still come up with more negative views. how does that work.

IF All3 is jointly owned by Warner Bros Discovery and Liberty Global which is thought to be valued at around £1bn,

and I believe Liberty own about 10% of ITV so how does that work.

Is this a way of getting the Warner Bros share away from Warner and then Liberty making a full move on ITV or what.

Why would Liberty sell their share of All3 to ITV . there must be more going on in the backround. !!!!!!

British broadcaster ITV said on Friday it was "actively exploring the possible acquisition of All3Media", confirming a Reuters story that it was exploring a deal to buy the production company.

So if this comes off it will put ITV in with the big boys, but will they borrow more to do it or issue more shares?

You watch, when this share is back above £1.20 all those moaners are going to be the ones that come on and say just how well ITV is doing and glad they stayed here.

So as this stock/company will no longer be listed, how will anyone apart from those still holding this stock know what will be left to share out.

As there will not be any more RNS 's to tell the market, and you can bet your life that some who did buy more shares will come on and say they were paid out 3p-5p a share just to try and make their case and justify them buying more shares .

Yes well everyone knew this was going to happen, and for all those that kept buying cheap and hoping they were going to make a killing could end up losing even more.

Mary, no I haven't with GNC I have just put in on the back burner while concerntrating on many other shares with divi's etc.

Well something isn't going right is it, what are we on now the third share buy back and it hasn't yet made any difference in the SP. Just when is it meant to improve? because it seems likr the city have a big dis-like to this company.

I don't believe for 1 minute there will be £2m left to share out, after paying out all redundant payments to the BOD's and everything else they can add on I bet there will be less than £1m so that 0.065p could be only 0.030p

Yes then the SP will drop by another 4p ish, so will be a good time to buy at say 70p.

So I think today is the final vote for the £1 deal, well it looks like it's that or admin and once this deal is approved and all the redundancies etc are paid out just what will be left if anything as all the directors and other staff will take whatever they can.
