While many longterm holders might want to sell (part) of their holding, the news of extra cash in the company should also attract many new investors. I would be surprised if there would hardly be a rise if there is a good payout.

I reckon that finishing in July will be a stretch. It will probably be announced at the last day of July or maybe in the first few days of August.

What do you guys reckon? Will they announce it pre market opening, during trading or when the market is closed?

Let's hope so. But it can happen that RKH wins and that it takes up to 180 days to figure out the amount. That would bring us to the start of 2022

I seem to remember that depending on the size of the reward a the percentage that would go to RKH and the part that will go to the lawyers changes, but I can't find it anymore. Anyone knows what it was?

But before we do something, don't we first want to wait another 2-3 months and see what will happen with OM and Navitas? I've already waited several years, so a few extra months is worth the wait to get more clarity.

A thorough review of the Group's Sea Lion project in the Falkland Islands is currently underway ahead of a decision regarding the re-start of project activity.

I wouldn't call this brutal. I would call it buying time to and not showing their hand too early. The OM award will be a announced in July. If they win, it would result in an extra 8-60 pence per share on top of the 10 pence it's currently trading. With a large award, the collaboration and risk could look a lot different than when the reward is small. And in September they need to decide what to do with Navitas.

So ramping about a 20% drop is a bit weird imo.

I believe they are trying to say as little as possible and keep the options open. This way, they have time to renegotiate with the FI for lower royalties.

And what they said wasn't negative and also in line with the previous update where they said something in the line of wanting to look through everything carefully and that they are not expecting to sanction Sealion this year. Personally I believe that sanction will follow once they are happy with the outcome of new negotiations with the FI and/or have decided what to do with Navitas,

Or they could do it digital with zoom/teams/skype or whatever... The entire world is now used to this, so why not do it for an AGM?

Can someone explain the resolutions in layman terms?
1. Accept financial statements and statutory reports --> so agree the annual report of 2020 is alright?
2-6. Re-elect the board --> thats obvious
7. Reappoiont pricewaterhousecoopers llp as auditors --> also obivous. Same company to check the books
8. Authorise issue of equity --> What do they want to do? Is there an explanation what they want to do?
9. Authorise issue of equity without pre-emptive rights --> Also not sure what is meant here
10. Authorise market purchase of ordinary shares --> What would this entail? That the company is allowed to buy back shares that are on the market? For what purpose?

Does anyone think that there will be mentioned something about Sealion at the Harbour AGM?

I would prefer it if they will mention the sealion in the room instead of the elephant

Is the upper bound including or excluding interest and lost profits?

There are a lot of posts lately and I'm starting to get a bit confused. Do I understand it correctly that everyone who pledged to support the resolution should send this resolution together with a proof that she/he holds the shares?

If so, then there are a few things that should help:
1. What is the exact wording again we use for the resolution?
2. What is the email address we need to send it to?
3. Is it useful if we make the list of names again, but now including if one has send in the letter? This way we can track the progress and maybe help the ones left behind

163363 shares to go and then we have our 5%. Who can fill this gap?

Not completely sure if Rossannan joined with the 250k, but including that and mine we only need about 150k to get the 5%
