Institutional investors stumped up £2.4m at a capital raise price of 0.00238p. They were happy to do so based upon the details the company provided them, which as I have said before, will have probably also given them more insight into the planned activities. It's being called 'taken inside' by the brokers, effectively like a confidentiality agreement. I have used brokers before and been a participant in these. Basically you get a heads up ! Todays buy price is 0.002243p, a 5m went through a while ago. Yes thats less than what the institutional investors paid. Are they worried about that? I would suggest not. Why? Because they put up their cash knowing what is coming. Much more upside.
Every investor, not trader, needs to weigh up their appetite for risk. They need to believe and be compelled by the company and its proposition/s. They need trust the board to deliver on their proposition. If you don't believe then don't invest. I am taking my view based along with the institutional investors that the company now has a clear way forward and strategy to start delivering shareholder value.
It's not long to wait to see if the timeframes suggested by Joe will now materialise. If they don't, and there maybe slippage due to factors out of control (legal, negotiations etc), I'll live with the slippage as long as the proposition outlined is still the core delivery strategy and the company informs of that.
