Jack …. I can’t see your price you quote of .476 upon ratification, not a chance. More like .30/.35 spike and then it’ll drop to high .20’s. This business needs cash by Jan 22 or none of the employees, directors and suppliers get paid. They’ll raise before end of year in my opinion at a discounted price to the usual crew - Republic etc

Not much else in that quarterly that we didn’t already know, although a glaring sign for me is cash reserves. AUD$0.78m is £426k. I have had the monthly cash burn confirmed at around £80k-£100k per month. So we have 4 months working capital left in just pure cash reserves.

My take; we will have to raise cash prior to year end for both working capital and to fund C77 work over and re-fracking. This will get done with the usual OEX funders, Republic etc.

Or a fast track JV deal is brokered albeit I think highly unlikely as they’ve no new data to share on field development, flow rates etc. I don’t doubt discussions are ongoing but lots more due diligence to do.

EIA permit will arrive shortly and web services contract will be announced so C77 can commence. However here’s the but - it can’t without funding.

There needs to be a significant cash injection to monetise the asset further and I am hoping Roland has a plan A,B and C up his sleeve.

And just for the record I remain significantly invested and haven’t sold a single share. Although my nerves of steel are being tested to the limit.

Looks like things are about to get very interesting. You won't be able to buy at these prices for very long. Enterprise value about to start shifting northwards. Patience always gets rewarded.

It doesn't have to wait for GOI ratification. The licence is still legally in place, just means any production/revenue would mean OEX get 45%. The balance of 55% would go into an escrow account pending ratification confirmation from GOI and 100% final approval of the sale and purchase.

I posted the below a week or so ago, so for any new comers to the board, there is plenty of news flow in bound.

1. EIA approval forthcoming shouldn’t take long.
2. C77H production recommencing with fracking. What if that increases production 4x than previous flow rates?
3. Work over on C77H - how quick can we assemble equipment and a team. By year end maybe possible.
4. 2 new well - farm out? Would a partner pay for both wells, will need strong negotiation to do so.
5. Who is selling mature gas fields in the UK and why? Perhaps ongoing discussions and strategy deliver a win win for both parties.
6. CCS keeps being mentioned, hot topic in industry. What if a customer has been identified? Perhaps a large power operator. You can make applications for depleted reservoirs. Interesting.

What is factual and tangible for next news? EIA approval, well production, work over, contractor appointment. It’s all there in black and white. Oh forgot GOI approval, no sorry ratification. That’s why all the work is pressing on regardless, just means until it’s ratified we only have 45%. Let that sink in. We won’t loose the 55% by the way that’ll just get sorted legally in escrow.

Any of the above should move the needle on the SP.

Hence my reference to increasing production 4x previous flow rates. And that's not my figures or musings. Let's just say they're very confident.

Gordon ....the new techniques are 100% being applied to the old wells. That's from Roland.

You can times the original flows by 4x with the use of the new technology that will be adopted.

They are primed when they are released to market.....

VF....you are more than welcome. I'll never spout bull**** on here. I have made my position clear and only ever posted information I have gained through my own due diligence and conversations with the CEO. This is a game changing RNS.

All the pieces coming together ......rerate inbound.

QS....OEX are pushing on regardless of the GOI approval at the moment. Thats direct from Roland. GOI approval is a ratification process now not an approval. There is much work under way in preparing the existing wells for start up of production.

Plus there is work underway to formulate a full field plan and strategy to present to a potential JV partner.

It feels quiet on the news front, and PI's will find the immensely frustrating as they want "jam tomorrow." This is a recovery production play as I keep saying. Current price reflects nowhere near enterprise value.

Aimhigh …. If that, albeit in gest, was aimed at me. Let’s see hey?

Any new investors please take serious note of this. OEX is a production play not a discovery play. They are sitting on a huge asset that just needs to be bought back into production with improved technology.

Take note of that …… this will be cash generating quickly very soon.

You don’t appoint a well management service contractor unless you have some work for them to do on current or future wells. Pieces being put together. Cash generating soon.

Business as usual. Well management contractor decision within a week. Progress continues on progressing well production regardless of pending GOI ratification which is still pending.
