Consider this....22 Jul 2021 12:37
RP is on a 3 month notice consultancy agreement. £85k per annum.
He has/had shares of:
7,549,794
(5,085,794) sold 13th - 16th July which netted him £334,956
2,500,000 - balance
He has options of :
4,005,486 @ 2.8p subject to 3 criteria in Trinidad being met - consideration price £112,153
3,850,000 @ 5p subject to 3 criteria in Trinidad being met - £192,500
7,855,486 - total options
Total option consideration - £304,653 at an average price of 3.87p
Some assumptions :
1. Trinidad has come good and the 3 criteria been met. News not released yet.
2. He needed some cash for personal reasons - tax/medical/family (who knows)
3. Take his recent share proceeds and what is required for the options, leaves him £30k. £30k for whatever personal reasons.
He exercises (or maybe about too) his 7,855,486 options, gets them at a nice average (below todays SP), plus he still has a further 2,500,000.
Now this is maybe wild off the mark........however I do not think he has sold for anything other than personal reasons. And perhaps those options with the Trinidad conditions are about to be exercised. Puts him back to parity and some.
