Solley1 - it won't impact on price until publication and assessment from the city. Can only be good news even if there is no impact on price. More about protecting what it has to do with regards to standards and forcing others to do the same.
Contrarian123 - automated yes, - junk? well that all depends if you disregard pure mathematics that deals with averages and mean averages based on its price and market capitalisation. The article does not say it will hit either £1.78, £2.60 or so £1.15 it merely captures all possibilities given past performance. Now what's junk about an article that deals in theoretical models. The good thing about boards like this is that people post in good faith and believe items are worthy of sharing, I would hate for anyone to not post due to a post like yours that adds nothing and is a mere put down. Who cares about your opinion, who cares about mine, just help create a forum where people post in an openly without ridicule, snipe or put me down.

American depositary receipts, or ADRs, are stocks that trade on U.S. exchanges but represent shares in a foreign corporation. That means they give American investors a simple way to invest in potentially international companies. This article will give you the basics of investing in ADRs without making rookie mistakes
or maybe the volume and price have already been factored in by financial institutions who corrected predicted its re-entry into the FTSE100. With regard to ADRs I am yet to see any correlation either up or down on the price this side of the Atlantic .
5eights. only my interpretation but not quite in line with yours. You say excellent results but at best the whole report was one of consolidation recognising the impact of Covid and hopeful for the future. No wonder the share movement has been muted but still holding steady at the moment £1.28 range. I really don't understand what you mean when you talk about Dark pools, sundry accounts etc etc and what do you actually mean by a tree shake, is that positive or not. My hope for the next month or so is that the share will gradually rise on the basis of significant increases in advertising, full studio productions, Euros and entry into the FTSE. Thats perhaps more of a reasonable assessment that is perhaps one up from a presumption.
Mr A - just continue to do what you do as I can see from your posts they are worthy of consideration and reading. My view has always been that I will never let the actions of others moderate what I want to do or say. If (we) do they win.
Hi saurus
good post. It is always find it fascinating to read posts as it attracts lots of people with differing intentions and motives. I like all extremes as they offer points of view that I can if I choose to be totally dismissive of, but when you are investing money surely the wise person will consider them all, do the homework and then makes a decision to act, consider or ignore. Too often do you get individuals who feel the need to rubbish or put someone down when there is absolutely no need. Normally this does not matter but if it stops genuine and honest posts from being aired for fear of ridicule then we all potentially lose out on differing and multiple views. So for those who are reluctant to post please do, and for those who feel the need to be critical when there is no need just ask your self - Do I need to reply - Do I need to reply now. - Is a reply necessary.
Todays rise reported due to (from Marketscreen)
Barclays (BCS) rose 2.3% after online broker MarketAxess (MKTX) said the British financial services firm will become a dedicated market-maker for the institutional credit markets in addition to actively contributing streaming prices for US investment grade corporate bonds to the MarketAxess platform.
Hi Winstanley
for anyone who has read anything I have said in the past I have expressed my annoyance at perpetual posts about a bid as I simply do not believe it will happen (and don't get me started on linkage with US ADR and expectation of of price match) however its worth noting the super merger in the US might have a ripple effect. The most poignant section for me was
"Gunnarsson thinks the streaming wars will fuel further media mergers in Europe. He says the continent's broadcasters can continue to ride on the success of their US peers by collaborating on more original productions. After all, the likes of Netflix need local content not just to build their audiences in each overseas market, but also to appease European Union rules on content origin." So i am still dismissive but just one little step further away from absolute certainty.
Rogue River, I think your assessment and sentiment is pretty much spot on. I think this is a good solid share that is stuck in a rut at the moment within a narrow band. I do believe any real profit will be for those who are in it for the long haul with the dividend being the only attraction. I think Armani has highlighted numerous factors that will keep the price at its current level for the coming months although I do believe it will creep back up to the mid £1.80s but probably no further, for now.
