Not judging, just curious

I cannot understand why anyone would want to telegraph their intentions to the wholesalers who will ultimately supply the shares.

Not really trading Woody, just being over cautious and trying to protect my investment, now in blue again with other half but as I say miffed on his timing. Thought fit to mention EG result in 4 weeks but not today’s news which I am certain he had when penned yesterday’s RNS.
Still, onwards and upwards though no doubt not in a straight arrow

At least you bought in on the news. Did exactly the same yesterday taking a hit on half my holding as believed no news for a few more weeks and trapdoor open at 1p.
Checked SP on open then got on with life. Slightly miffed GH was sat on that news for 1 extra day. Not impressed one bit.

Anyone think the next update on meadows could be sooner than the 4 weeks from today. My thinking is in order to agree to drilling for shares based on 1.25 the agreement was probably reached at or around 27 July so all the info in today’s RNS may be from same date.

Perhaps, just perhaps they knock £150 k off their bill for circa £200 k worth of shares at 1.25
So they only start losing when sp is somewhere below 1p

As in a cynical mood today, is how much of their total drill costs did the contractor take ? The cynic in me suspects they may have got a fair amount more shares in the value of the cash part they gave up. I just hope the dilution, no matter how small was just a ploy to keep the ambers glowing a bit longer. Would like to see a competitive contract for the gross drill costs that shows the deduction of circa aus 250,000. Fat chance I think

Possible, also do not rule out that the broker underwriting the placing will have been obliged to take up any shares they did not get away. Would probably offloaded when the SP was over .25 for a few days after the placing and that would contribute to the slide.

Nothing to do with shorting. MM s are the ultimate traders and all to do with net buys over last week or so and no real news yet. MM s do not hold for news, they trade in the here and now so if they have given up shares they will take the price down and hopefully get some back cheaper.

I agree on your EG comments as better be good otherwise only conclusion can be their exploration interpretations are flawed. That is putting it kindly and also their interpretation of what information NM have passed to GGP.

What l like about the latest tweet even though it is rehashed, is that it is effective a reminder. I have no doubt GH will right now, know more than us on the upcoming news. He is not drip feeding what he knows until he is ready and the tweet reminders serve two purposes, to all investors be patient and if he has any SP objective then it is to keep it at a decent level so the next RNS can lift it to a price well beyond the last placing, as it will only be the placing investors he will feel any pressure from.

That was the point of my post yesterday djwall1s. GH has teased all the projects along nicely to the point that each are full of promise, great strategy but only if he can now pick his best bet to proof up finally and in doing so creates stampedes for the others.
Or does he already know which project will be the catalyst to take GGP to the next level????

It is simple, red days will return inbetween news. That is how the this will always go until a project definitely proves up a commercial resource. The longer the gap between news the more they will move the SP around. This could easily be sub 1.20 any time this week.

Not too bothered about the timelines so much as am happy with the.strategy of keeping all the projects ticking over and moving along the value curve albeit at different rates of progress.
That way if GGP get one project to the over the evidence threshold for any major the additional bonus will be the confidence that the market & the majors have in GGP s exploration methodology.

It may well be that GH is near to a change in strategy where he will now need to narrow the focus

That also is where my own caution is over. There does seem to be the start of a potential shift in the focus to Hav. If EG disappoints after all the bullish noise then caution will turn into scepticism over any more talk on potentials that are kicked further down the road. Time will tell though so holding firm for now. GLA

Does anyone know if there are independent experts who have a different view on the effectiveness of cost effective 3DIP models. Holding but would hate to think an independent qualified person has a less bullish interpretation of results.
