Rumple, we are invested in potential and so far the boxes are slowly being ticked off. Still potential so do not really care, and do expect the SP to retrace as there will always be sellers & buyers. If and when a few more boxes are ticked and we are close to some form of realisation of an asset then that will be the game changer. Might not happen ? Of course, but unless there is a need to sell for other reasons there is certainly no investment versus reward reason to part with shares.

Agree Jerry, but to deliver shares from converted warrants they need to do this via their broker into the Crest system

Jerry, all companies require a broker. The broker will have a Corporate Finance dept who handle things like Rights Issues and issues of warrants. The broker will have a Market Making team also .

GGP s broker/MM Corporate Finance dept will know what’s been converted so who s to say the to be announced dilution is not already priced in. Chinese walls and all that?

Possible but The warrants could just as easily have been exercised at any time in recent weeks when bobbing around 2.00. Warrant holders know if they wanted to pick up more shares in the market after the recent NC Results this could have driven the SP ABOVE 2.00 so perhaps , just perhaps! Some will have converted as happy to get large top ups as they understand risk has reduced again and all looking good for next news.
We shall get the information on exactly how many converted in due course.

Yes my thinking too when I read that as guess they are more than happy with what they were able to confirm to date. Commercial? Think so too when compared to the other results they reported on their other projects. I do suppose depth will add cost and they really need to identify what reserve numbers will look like but all pointing the right way.

The market is not rigged at all. The MM s that have taken residual long positions, and believe me at least one of them has because you only have to look at the major shareholders list to work out what the MMs must be carrying. The MMs price is currently driven by risk and that is still the driver until reward becomes the catalyst for new levels. All in good time GLA

I am no expert in gold mining but when you compare the Hav results to Newcrest results from their Chile project then this shows just hue much Yhey must value Hav, right on their doorstep too.

Nothing strange about MMs taking the SP down while selling more to PIs. Expect them to take this into the 60 range tomorrow and flush out weak sellers before upward shift to flig then out higher to those who do not want to be out over weekend.

L2 can be useful sometimes Spy. Ignoring the MMs who price themselves out of both Bid & Offer it is interesting to see the one or two MMs that lead the SP. I do not bother with L2 now but when trading it was very useful, especially when one MM would lead the bid for 30 mts or so, then switch to offer. Repeated that several times in the day on no news or volume, all they were doing is collecting on the low and offloading.

Give it 3 days of no more news and do NOT be surprised or disappointed to see this in the 1.60 / 1.70 range . Hold.

Agreed a company of basically 2 parts one with lots of potential and the other on the brink of confirmed potential that can be realised by Newcrest.

And apologies if already mentioned. If B s taken his holding from 7 down to 4 pc he did not do this in one days trading so should there not have been a few TR1 announcements as he dropped through each whole percentage point.
Who is it that holds back the info and drops the combined days/weeks of his selling
B ? His broker ? Or GGP ?

What B does. I questioned why in the past he telegraphed his big buy intentions to the market and never believed he would do same when selling.good luck to him and the rest of you.

Spot on Bewarethebrokers. Nailed on would play this down ahead of news and if it’s good news even with a decent hike it will still fall back again not in a straight line, to a new higher base that still will be below the true value/potential. Repeat
