RE: July 28th, Larger Inferred or Indicated MRE ?12 Jun 2021 09:06
That’s interesting Floater and if it was the reason and they believe it helped their SP then I would expect they could well do the same with Haverion . Think any company would not pass up on a chance to boost their SP no matter how it is performing. A good reason not to be out of the share at any time.
I think it is not the market that does not get it but some here . You have to go on what is formally announced to date in terms of what is in the ground . Sure there is bags of potential it will grow but that still remains potential. Factor risk in and up front mining costs on the what we know assets in the here and now then work out an expected dividend on 4 b shares post tax and ongoing capital retained , tell me how much you would pay per share for a dividend of say 2 or 3 p over say 20 years. We need to wait until the resource grows , get nearer to mining and by which time this great exploration company makes further discoveries. If mor is there they will find it.
End of journey,no more gold to be found Oh hud on! - High-grade Crescent Zone remains open at depth. - Additional mineralisation identified in Northern Breccia Zone, highlighting the potential for resource extensions outside the existing resource shell.
I was in a stock about 3 years ago, I think Lyons Gold, a miner that was forming a partnership with a bank that would offer a bank account that was backed by actual gold and your balance basically followed the gold price. A bank card would be issued on the account. I sold out and think they got suspended not long afterwards
Look! You either believe in what a BOD communicates or you do not. Shareholders can ask questions at AGMs and any ambiguity over previous coms can be answered , again they may not be able to give too much away so again it is up to investors to decide how much faith they have in what is said. You would not still be here if there is still some believe in the company so voting against en mass would be counterproductive. Especially if there are ongoing discussions . If you really are in doubt then quietly sell out and move on.
Good post TMT my average is 1.13p and will admit with the benefit of hindsight selling in the high 30 range and buying back many more shares or taking a chunky profit buys back same shares still feels like an opportunity lost despite how the shares have performed overall. But as you say regardless of today’s SP it is what I believe the company will be worth in the future that counts.
So as expected no details of any special div etc. Am I bovverd ? No.
“ Our key objectives in 2021 include a continued and targeted development programme at both assets, while negotiations regarding strategic opportunities are progressed as per the Company's announcement of 12 May 2021".
RE: 6 week update Wednesday Night.04 Jun 2021 09:52
The board is also quieter now as we all realise there is a steady roadmap of Haverion updates which most are comfortable with. That is the solid base that will progress our company. The exploration excitement will soon begin with the JURI JV and other licences so this period will probably be the the quietest over the last and next few years. Bit like taking a breather before GGP push on. Safety belt check. Safety belts on. Whoooosh.
Many expecting and getting excited about a bog standard AGM RNS and expecting it to have details of an asset sale to vote on and resulting special dividend. If that was the case it would have to be coincidental timing which I doubt as if any deal is struck they would have to announce it immediately.
That is how lawyers interpreted the regulation on clear days notice but is not necessarily followed by companies as nobody gives a frig. We should not either because the agenda could easily having nothing of real interest and the only interest will be in the Q & A session at the end of the meeting.
Ok not nice to see the gradual decline in SP Experiencing the same on my other holding in GGP but have to say have more confidence in them than here. Previous post here has correctly stated that EUA have made it clear what they want to sell and keep. It is possible any buyer can use that and would not be surprised if they will try and drive the hardest bargain as possible, even to lower any first non binding bid as they must know the BOD will be under pressure to announce something that goes some way to meeting expectations from shareholders.
RE: This board is a contradiction02 Jun 2021 16:23
Many have already aired similar concerns and if some of the BOD s most fervent supporters have it already had similar thoughts but kept them to themselves I would be very surprised. Bottom line is this will either play out with a dividend or it will not. End off.
