Great prospects yes but just run the fag packet numbers on HAV alone ( that’s what we have - nothing else really at the moment) excluding timing to mine. Do some optimistic fag packet numbers say at least double what the resource is now and expected dividend over 10/15 years
2p 4p divi ? Yes gold will rise and every thing else but how much will you buy now for shares that would pay you a dividend for a fixed period - then what ?
If HAV is all we ever had the shares by then will have little to no value and declined over same period . There is the risk.
That is why exploration is key and thankfully GGP are in the right place at the right time.

HAV Will tick along the well established process to mining but if just one other licence comes up trumps in 2022 I would think by then Mickey’s target would be surpassed in a flash

we are not resting on this. In addition, we have several other excellent prospects, including an enviable footprint in the Paterson region, arguably one of the most attractive frontiers in the world for the discovery of tier-one, gold-copper deposits.

No one really knows, as you cannot tell if they are buys or sells or a bit of both.
Could be a buyer building a position or shorts closing . My guess is there are a bound to be a few sophisticated shorts who themselves are fully aware that Ggp SP could jump at any stage on the various news from us or NCM.
Shoring actual shares and covering ( or even in part) with a CFD or spreadbet ( multiples of shares at a 5th of cost) together with a stop loss on short position guarantees a profit . Going big like that can make profit on the slightest of movement and much more on the big springs

We in the here and now are an explorer albeit with a goal to become a de facto miner. That may or may not happen if we sell out. Regardless, we are sitting on a sizeable share of an ever increasing valuable asset.
Meantime ( and I said this a long time ago) getting back to what GGP principally do EXPLORE, I am more excited about any new find in our other licences or JURI as that will surely
cement the GGP foundations for huge growth that will be reflected in its MCAP.

The RNS service is execution only by which I mean either the company themselves post Nomad and any other checks can or ( as likely the Nomad ) ping the text to LSE.
LSE do not sit on them ( unless out of hours).
It’s all automated at LSE so any leak IMO is likely coming from insiders at a company, a Nomad or other parties related to specifics of the RNS content.
There will always be shysters in any form of business that we have to live with.
Probably no more though than in our local councils.

We can look this way , in the context that EUA is classed as the seller ( nothing sold yet ) and for clarity they mentioned the DD had been completed by the buyer ( nothing bought yet) . Any firm offer to buy MUST be communicated to the market. Nothing had been reported to the market.
Thems is the facts folks as much as I would like to think different.

The Big Short is not a good example v GGP nor for any type of manipulation.
It was about the a type of insurance (Swaps) against defaults on asset backed bonds ( house market) and more about the ignorance of big banks that the market could fail.
It was in fact the best example of a shorter that was convinced the market so to speak was wrong, and boy it was really wrong.
Same thing applies to a company that is no where worth its market value and that has nothing to do with manipulation.
Also that does not apply to GGP either.

There are no other buyers they were interests so to get to an offer stage they will go through a process and the market knows that .
It’s sit on your hands time again unless one or more breaks cover with an actual bid that would need reported.
Might happen but best to remain patient

Also why post official decision to mine MM know there will be interest from institutions and a huge amount of shares coming into the market. Possibly forward sold on a spike ahead of that decision

Agree, it was a mixed message they gave us but the word INTENTION to me means regardless of a DD completed, the proverbial can is being kicked down the proverbial road.
Really cannot see an argument that can contradict what the BOD have said in their own words, not mine.

Agreed Partimer but would still be nice to know if the arrangement changed otherwise it should be assumed it has not.

Which as investors we should be, is the arrangement with UBS.
They had a no win no fee agreement on the FSP which we all know officially closed.
We were then told UBS would remain as our sole advisor, which does not mean for sure they were still working on anything but if they are ( hopefully) we should be informed if there is or is not an accumulating bill facing the company .

Great results ( expected good but these were better )
