Exactly, on a change of control event the options vest. Ie the company buys them back. I am convinced there is someone informal going on in the background that soon will be formal.

Bandit is correct and much of the 30% that is not reported. Is held by Market Makers. That near 30% is pretty good indication of the risk they are prepared to take otherwise they would drop the SP more to offload. They are bullish on the share and will hope to cash in on the significant news

RTC is correct and in the absence of a curve ball RNS just wait for the NC news.
Good the SP will advance but how much is anyone’s guess, just bear in mind NC advance Hav JV in stages for a reason. If the news is at best neutral the SP is likely to retract. Keep a level head.

It’s not an intra one day match between MMs and traders. Some will trade in & out daily some will not. MM s trade on their current P&L Position would like to improve it daily but will work stock round over days or weeks. Month end is the main target to be better than previous months.

If the results are positive is there a chance or more areas that can basically be further stepped out ?

Why do you knock them, it’s the Aim market and by all accounts a tiny fraction of shares being traded . Good luck to them but a waste of time waiting for the opportunity to get out or back in for a little profit or worse if it goes the wrong way big time.

All looking good but reality is we and they .. the MMs.. are awaiting the results of the NC step outs. Good and we are home & dry. The signs are they will be but between now and then the MMs will keep this as low as they can, Why? 1. Because there is still a risk on the negative side if there is nothing commercial in the step out results.
2. If they are good then the lower the base for SP take off then that suits the MM as gives them more wriggle room ... they never want to reflect the true value unless the demand outstrips the shares available. In about 4 weeks the update from NC is going to be thee most important news in GGP s history.

Re the info in last RNS that the minimum spend of 5m is expected to be reached end September.
This is against a background of NC escalating their search in recent months however how much more will they need to do over the next 3 months given the drilling season ends in December, so they an spend the remainder of the 10m required in phase 1

To trade this at the moment. Offer stuck at 2.00 so we are supposed to believe it’s about to break through etc on no news. Some will but sure the drop back will come later today almost at close. Taking my own advice and holding.
