Just back from sunny climate. Still totally out of this and waiting the funding RNS. Agree with CB and doubt this will be above 8p cash call ( I originally predicted around 7p. It worries me that history repeats itself here ,just read the historical RNSs. Sure some would have made some money trading and good luck to them . Once more however another load if investors now locked in .

Read somewhere Amazon were looking to get into the insurance market , Only thing they don't seem to offer lol. Allianz were also looking at acquisitions. Stranger things have happened.

Like I say unless there is a takeover of merger in the wind ...... thoughts anyone?

Part of the issue is £80m plus spent on digital for zero return in customer number s, Mr Wilson's words not mine. Just compare the share price of Prudential and Aviva since the crash relevant to the FTSE. Speaks volumes of the two companies management capabilities. Both companies were competing on the same level playing field.....the only difference was one team was much better than the other.

Unless a Takeover or Merger in the offing........

Been into Aviva and Prudential since the crash. The difference in performance tells you all you need to know.....The management running Aviva are in my view a busted flush. Time to move on .

Hi OR. Not necessarily the case, construction contracts would normally include some sort of bond payment. Failing this the passing of construction risk would be meaningless. Without seeing the actual contract terms we can only guess, I doubt CF and the team would not have this risk covered. Have a great day everyone.

Hi Ted still about then. Like you I saw the light a long time back and mostly got out with only a little hurt. Finally out and what little I still had invested went into SXX one of my other holdings. The drop last week made it look all to tempting:). The best way to get a reality check here is to read the historical RNSs, probably the best research time anyone could spend. As Delboy would say " there are none so blind as those that don't listen" :) Take care.

Hi 2Cv. My point is that there are rarely ever any statements that are " actual" in nature . Just "potentially" , " possible" ,"we hope" etc etc. On that basis I sold my final few shares today on the small move upwards ( more by luck than judgement.) I agree with I think it was CB , if the product is so good then why can they not close the "expected " orders?
It would be wise to have a quick read through the RNSs over the last 18 _ 24 and months and you will see if paints a picture, the context and wording is so similar it's scary . I will never say never to any investment ,however on the basis the risk far outweighs any reward here I,m out. Gooduck to all the long-term holders I think you will need it.

Note the "potential" etc etc. Nothing has changed , I find it hard to believe some here feel comfortable giving this a positive spin. Looks like pump and dump to me. Cash call at below 7p imho, watch this space.........

I laughed so much my head nearly fell off. If you truly hand on heart believe what you have written LTI, you have just list any credibility. Unless that is you can factually expand on your belief of what you posted. JC reminds me of one of those Kirby Cleaner ir Amway salesmen. Anyone remember them?

Been quoted 22.74 to sell 23.2 to buy. LTH and well in profit so happy to top up. Waiting for the arrival of the short term goons today. Positive that a lot of construction risk seems to have been passed on, this type of contract comes at a premium cost as you are effectively buying insurance. As always rwadcsrefulky and DYOR

Been here for what seems years, think I first bought in during 2013. Amazes me how many people hope for a quick killing and panic everyone the SP drops. I recall the drop from 45p? . Never sold one share and just took the opportunity to make small top ups as I have done since buying my first shares at a shade under 14p. Now have an average of 18p and a 175000 holding. Sure I could have traded but worried I would get caught out. I well remember the sunny afternoon sitting in the garden listening to the internet radio broadcast of the planning meeting and the 1 vote approval. It was then I saw the opportunity of a life changing investment for my grandchildren. The markets are set up to take money from the impatient and give to the patient as the saying goes........

Thanks Bambas that was how I read things. I find it hard to believe it would take so long to get confirmation regards the EIS compliance. The telling thing is it looks like the 500k will not be forthcoming if EIS is an issue. My personal opinion suggests the risk of investing 500k without EIS outweighs the reward from an investment perspective although I could of course be wrong. Unfortunately PIs can only best guess based on their gut feeling given what evidence they have with any investment. My overiding thought is that if EIS is not forthcoming and there follows a further placement would any director support it? Of course its price dependant but will be interesting to see.

Hi OF trust you are well. Unless I am reading it wrong the 500 k investment us subect to EIS being available. " David has however reconfirmed his intention to make this investment during the current tax year subject to EIS relief being available" I therefore assume if not available it wont be forthcoming? If he has used the availability of EIS as a caveat it sounds as though despite all the "orders" he is not prepared to risk a further 500k? The b ok are are closer to the reality than any of us and I would have thought therefore better positioned to make cold hard investment decisions. I therefore must assume If we don't get EIS the day is not forthcoming. Sounds therefore to me we need to get cash from elsewhere..... placement. Happy to be corrected and put on the right track though.

Morning ITT. Didn't really make my point clear sorry. My view is that one of the biggest shareholders has made clear he wants more clarity and control for his money. The fact he won't invest the further 500k until the EIS is confirmed gives me all the clarity I need. Convinced even more there is a placing on the way....but at what price?.
