Hi Overfiend. That was my thoughts there surely must have been some legal redress within the cancellation clause if one existed. I would guess the only exception would be if the company purchasing went bust. Unfortunately we do not know who the contract is with?

Morning Colour, How many times have I asked how secure and legally binding the orders were and what cancellation penalties were in place? I cannot believe any competent procurement team would accept an order that could be cancelled without some type of compensation leaving the supplier to pick up the cost.?

Morning LTI. Respectfully and with an open mind could I ask do you really believe the RNS is positive? For me it's looks like somebody has decided if enough words are put together it will suffice to cover the real truth. Look at how many times it says "are expected" , "could result" etc etc. Then read some of the previous RNS, s.their wording and outcomes. For me their is nothing of substance just a play on words.Sorry.

Morning Tony. l think its a software solution. Problem is this type of software has been around for some time and is nothing new. Hate to say it but my personal belief is it's just another red herring. Not sure what others think but I the rns is just another "jam tomorrow "

Hi Tony. I assume by invents a link you mean a product that will enable all products to work together? This type of software has been available as a front end GUI to enable many different security products to operate on one platform for at least 10 years. It's a simple solution if the manufacturers of the various types of kit release their sdk codes to the software providers.

Like Vascular I've been sitting on my hands in the hope it turns around, particularly for those with a big exposure. My main reason for derisking was that I lost confidence in the bod based on the amount I had invested. It came down to a piece of advice I was given from very wise investor some years back that it is better to sometimes take a loss rather than fall in love with a share. The problem I've found in the past is the bigger the paper loss the tougher it is to take that advice. Really hope this works out for all the LTHs. One strange piece of info I did discover a few months back was that Vodafone has entered into some sort of partnership with Samsung around IOT. Tenuous I know but don't CC have some sort of tie up with Vodafone?

OF. With respect I don't think I have ever heard such a load of rubbish. The share price is down 75% since consolidation, I agree the directors shares are suffering however they are getting paid handsomely to run the company. To use the excuse this is Aim is ridiculous the same rules apply around results etc. I have said before that significantly reduced many months ago and the smallish holding I still have here is I agree showing a loss. Whichever way you dress up I would expect any shareholder seeing a 75% drop to want some sort of reassurance. Make no mistake anything the bod could shout about even down to awards has in the past been shouted from the rooftops so what's the difference?

So basically you are saying if there is nothing material that is affecting the share price they do not have to announce or update.? We can therefore assume the 75% fall is just "one of those things" then. Saying nothing is also therefore confirmation that everything is OK with the company.I can now sleep soundly in my bed.

And try and get a reply from JC.Rabbits and headlights spring to mind. A company has a responsibility to keep shareholders up to date with anything that can significantly affect the share price. Accepting the last announcement confirming the BOD are unaware of anything that would cause the drop, the share price has in my view shown another massive fall. Why no attempt to steady the ship?

Morning Woolie. One of my questions to the company was how secure are the orders. To date I have still not had the courtesy of a response. How on earth some on here can defend the company in light of the last few months is incredible. Forgetting the tenuous links the facts are: In excess of a 70% drop-in the share price. Little information from the BOD to help support the share price Apparent "no comment" attitude to shareholders. Can anyone imagine the CEO of a FTSE company reacting to a 70% share price drop in this manner? The BOD really need to get a grip as do those on here who consistently try to defend this debacle.

Hi Woolly. I emailed via the website a week or so back but didn't get a reply. I asked nothing of a sensitive nature so can only assume there was no update not even a standard reply. For me the arrogance is amazing.
