Thet are Taking the pi55 now ITT. This is all being done fore a reason and in my opinion stinks. First thing tomorrow my emails are being sent to Takeover Panel and CC for some sort of explanation. My MP will also be copied in asking who the feck is monitoring this toothless watchdog. Suggest others do the same, if nothing else it may somehow raise the profile.
AI..."The Darblay Capital Link: Investment bankers Bob Morris and Louie Roberts previously worked at Dean Street Advisers, which was acting as the financial adviser for Esyasoft. In early 2026, they left Dean Street to establish their own firm, Darblay Capital."

Hi Tony I was being polite lol. Clearly another extension coming I guess. Email ready to go. This really cannot go on,the company should be throughly ashamed and I say that from a profitable position. Maybe the used car salesman is hoping everyone will get so fed up they bail out.
My only positive is I am a great believer in Karma.

Why pist all this nonsense LTI . Is it to cloud and confuse any fools that may take it all in?
The company presents itself as an international recruitment and job-placement platform that helps people find work opportunities abroad.........but you knew that didn't you?
If there is another extension today without very good reason my next email is going to the Takeover Panel again. This time however both the company and my MP will be copied in. How on earth it can take this long to carry out due diligence is beyond me. Pointless having a watchdog with no teeth. My shares are going nowhere.

That's fair enough LTI. As you clearly believe the gospel according to St Cronin what is your opinion on his recently public and positive comments about the state of the company and him yet only supporting a sale of only 10.44p. Is he being a "very naughty boy" ? Lol
What worries me is the silence from the company. Even for the ongoing debacle around the extensions the company should be operating BAU and providing updates, the fact they are not doesn't sit right.
Clearly other than some of the smaller investors there are some larger ones that appear pi55ed off about the whole thing.
Happy to see where it all leads, many who have listened to the hype of some on here and invested at double figure sp will hopefully have learned a valuable lesson.
One things for certain ITT if Esyasoft back off Cronin the Clown and the Accountant who cannot add up need to go. In my view they've been found lacking.......had a good run though.
Maybe there's more angst among the bigger investors and the BOD than we may think. Have a good weekend any enjoy the sunshine everyone.

Hi ITT.
So what's to stop CC just carrying on and paying the interest and using the loan? If CC really do think the futures bright and will make all the money Cronin's been spouting on about just continue as is,use the loan ,pay the interest and pay it back when the cash rolls in. Without any shares ES are fecked. What's to stop someone else putting some cash in or indeed buying the company?
Something definitely stinks here for me and questions need answering by Cronin. At no point has he as CEO suggested any risks coming down the line,in fact he has blasted exactly the opposite.
RE: Adani Energy Solutions to acquire smart meter player IntelliSmart ......10 Jun 2026 09:18
Morning ITT.
I would love to see the full loan agreement. From the RNS it states:
"an early repayment means: CyanConnode pays back the full principal amount plus any accrued 7% interest."
My understanding therefore is CC. can pay it back but are liable for the interest over the period of the loan. Should another bidder raise their heads I would therefore think they could inject capital and either pay off the loan liabilities or consequently keep the loan and just continue paying the interest until loan maturity. Am I missing something? ...... probably lol.
The more you post and the times you post only serves to convince me you have some connection to the company ,however vague or remote LTI. Of course only my gut instinct but you continue to support my suspicions.
Hardly surprising BT are bleeding customers. It's bad enough them being the most expensive, let alone sitting on the phone for over an hour waiting to speak to someone,...........and as for that bloody on hold music π‘.........time to move on I think.
