Hi ITT.
That's the sort of thing that really annoys, the devil's in the detail. It makes me wonder how much of this lack of professionalism goes under the radar. It really is basic stuff you would expect from a senior management team. Unless things change its only a matter of time before it results in a serious outcome. Advice to JC and Heather from someone who knows about compliance. Check, Peer review, Check, Publish. None of the RNS,s are particularly complicated documents. The persistent mistakes make CC at times look amateur.
How the feck do these keep getting away with it ITT? Surely someone would have said "Hold on JC, not sure this us a good idea in the present circumstances, a website note would be better"
You give the too much credit Sandgrounded. This lot don't have that level of lateral thinking.
Morning ITT. CC never cease to amaze. On their ar5es and needing to consistently raise finance yet put this 5hit out that adds zero value to the. company or share price. No doubt it will bamboozle some of the less intelligent as well as giving them a giggle in Cambridge. Senop board members need to wake up to the real world scenario and earn their money........ oh we had the same conversation last year...... and the year before...... and the year before. Never mind the annual Santa party ..... I mean rally is on its way🙄
Certainly entertaining in a wierd sort of way. I wonder if JC and Heather have considered stand up comedy.
Someone tell me they are taking the pi55 with this latest RNS.
Get the Company company profitable and investors may take you seriously. You have a CFO that apparently doesn't understand figures and a CEO that frequently signs off inaccurate RNS,s..... resolving that would be a good start.
Oink Oink .....trough open
Thanks for that LTI. I did pick up on that a while back. Perhaps Ratna Garapati pushed for it as a development product when he arrived. Either way if adopted it would prove a very good revenue stream. moving forward. Better than I feel than the comms modules potentially and with less of a financial outlay after intial development as it would be no doubt on a licence basis without the hardware cost. For me it could go a long way to risk mitigation, that is if they can get it adopted quickly.
Hi Itt.
Probably the most predictable share I hold. Not complaining though. As long as you know their MO there's money to be made and this lot are as easy to read as a one page pamphlet Lol. One thing I'm hoping is that have developed a decent HES. If their offering is adopted cash will flow in earlier than that from their comms modules. The HES is usually on a paid per monitored connection licence basis.
That being the case they get paid for each connection from whatever company adds a connection ongoing. That's the usual business model but with CC...who knows?
Rinse and repeat ITT...Rinse and repeat. That's all Zeus need to copy and paste in their "report"
Why do you think tony? It's not that difficult to work out.
One thing for certain it ain't going to be £5......£1.......50p at the current price in my opinion.
As always it is now clear why the price has moved so significantly in the last couple of months. Of course you wouldn't want to do a raise at 30p plus, that would be silly.
As I have said before watch, learn and play the game. Onwards and upwards...... Now where's warm this time of year.... cue Kenny Rodgers 😉
"The net proceeds of the Fundraising will be used to further strengthen the Company's balance sheet, to fund long lead time critical components and to fund resourcing required to manage the scale-up of the Company."
Looks like one or two of us were correct then. Next one needs to be a large order.
No problem Vas.
Only because I'm out and too lazy lol this will do you as a starter for ten.

Only an example. If Cyan have developed a HES that can monitor all the different protocols..for me game changer. Probably why India bhave asked for the comms to be open protocol for the various manufacturers. Only my thoughts of course.
Hi Vas, just my twopennyworth.
"Its a bit of a coincidence don't you think that Cyan and Genus, and many others fed into this report looking at among other things a unified HES"
One if my posts with Tony (28th April 2021 1218hrs) Touched on this.
"Trilliant solution Is agnostic, works and is being used, fact . Not sure how much you understand about software systems but if the head end software GUI is given the correct programming info it can manage multiple formats. It just needs the individual manufacturers to release the info to the head end software producers. I know this from being heavily involved in monitoring station software systems. If manufacturers of the field hardware don't release their codes their product cannot be monitored except by their own proprietary software not a very good business p!an as your product the becomes closed protocol as opposed to open protocol. Remember software coding is only a language and given the right information can understand what's being said."
Now going back to your original point. If CC have developed a HES that is to be used as potentially the front end software that is more than a game changer believe me!
Maybe JC reads these boards and got the idea from my post, if so I want my consultancy fee lol.
I think the terms lifestyle company ITT ;)
I think maybe just fortunate all those years back when I sold out as soon as consolidation happened. From that point I changed strategy. Got it wrong many times but the wild swings here gives you a fighting chance and usually but not always seem to follow a bit of a trend.
I think we will be aware of the endgame by Q1/Q2 next year. I'm just a bit surprised significant orders haven't yet filtered down if CC are getting them. Here's hoping.
Morning ITT.
With regard your Genus comment. I would, like to say JC isn't the sharpest knife one box and has had his pants pulled down. The trouble is though he has taken so much in salary and shares over the years he's the one laughing all the way to the bank.
I realised long ago CC was a company fairly easy to trade your way into a fairly safe postion over the years. It just took me a while to work out The MO. I still think CC will probably be sold for a song and well below the average of many.
" I have seen companies that have gone a long way past those dates and made good successes in coming years." Two questions for you Tony......
Is that just a throw away comment or would you like to expand?
How do you believe CC will be financing production and running costs etc?
My concern is they don't and won't have access to finance other than ongoing dilution.
It further makes me smile when I hear the talk of the rest of the world, CC so far incapable of delivery their current "pipeline"
My fear is a very cheap takeout for the tech and well paid roles for senior management in the aquiring company. It won't be the first time nor the last. Before you start your usual rant, it's my opinion only and I could of course be wrong. I really hope I am.
Some of which goes towards Black Bess,s stabling costs lol
