Don't forget ITT CC lose money on everything they sell, no doubt committed to that business model on the contracts to date. Esyasoft have no doubt built those ongoing losses into their cheeky offer.

This is the result of having someone running the company that has zero idea how to promote it .Add to that the lack of detail in what's going on and the inaccuracies with some of the detail when shareholders are provided with anything.

CC have for a while been at the stage where just bring a sharp tongued salesman doesn't cut it unfortunately.

There are many sharp operators out there who have no doubt been watching this unfold for a few years. Like any good predators they watch their prey, feed on their weaknesses and then strike.

Running a company on promises and no profit can only possibly end it two ways, bankruptcy or someone taking you for next to nothing.

I'm glad in some respects JC is hopefully keeping quiet.......first role of negotiation,... keep it buttoned and let your adversary make the next offer.......however long it takes

Just read the RNS again. It definitely looks to me as though someone has been caught with their pants down and a takeover offer has been mentioned "off the record". This has caused panicked and there is an element of ar5e covering going on to ensure compliance . How many times has there been significant SP movements in the past with no explanation? Somethings seems not to sit right. It will be very interesting to see how our ongoing relationship with Esyasoft pans out. I think there is far more to come out of this.

On another note those who keep going back to the BODs average share price need to wake up and smell the coffee. Generally there bonuses /golden handshakes/golden hellos when leaving the old company or joining the new one. As I always say ....believing in rules is for fools.

Hi Sandgrounded. No I don't see it being accepted.

For me the issue is JC is at the time of life to retire. This is all coming down the the major holders, the small PIs will not even be considered. It would be interesting to see what is on offer for JC and others to support this progressing.

I,ve held a fair amount for the grandkids for more years than I care to remember and they are fortunately in profit, the rest I've just had a bit of fun trading ,sometimes with good sometimes with not so good results.

Best hope is interest from others to push the bid up. I did have a wry smile today when looking back through some posters comments suggesting Esyasoft were our⁰ best friends and looking out for us lol. You swim with sharks ,you're likely to get bitten.

Time to wake up and smell the Nescafé Tony. With his neiveity JC has had his trousers dropped and therefore those of his following. Always said this was a trading share and a Lifestyle play for some in the know. Just hope those sucked in at double figures come out ok . Be interesting to know LTIs view, sure he will make some balanced comment at some point between eating the pies........

Don't you worry about the kid chap JC. Most of his shares were free and he's milkec a salary for years . Coming up to retirement and a nice big bonus for getting the deal through will suffice no doubt. ........now where's that £5 a share and the new Microsoft lol.
