All well and good gizmo.....one thing you are overlooking though....that little thing called time. That is the constant here and the longer it takes the more vulnerable CC becomes. A company simply cannot continue with this business model. The only beneficiaries are the board who are drawing excessive sums for a poor if not incompetent delivery. Remember the timescales here, I fear this is going the way of many Aim companies.

Very quiet......the SP never lies.....but BS always smells. What sort of business model when sell more but make less profit and increase losses is sustainable and for how long.

Wonder what happens to the SP today? Really fear this is being held back for a cheap sale and golden bonus for the few. Fortunately still in profit but can feel decidion time is around the corner.

Nothing would surprise me ITT. The price keeps drifting and I'm not sure it's all due to lack of news. I've set my price to exit based upon my risk profile with this lot so let's wait and see what develops.

As a minimum any procurement team a customer would as a minimum check...

profitability, liquidity, debt levels, and cash flow. That's before any due diligence around capability etc.

Been there ,done that.

On that basis they will need financial backing,partnership or fundraise in my opinion.

I have received a response to my email and on the basis of the content it seems a reasonable explanation. I'm unsure if it will be covered of in the meeting, however if someone were to send in the question I am sure it would help.

Don't be surprised if NCC are the stalking horse and Ratna has a foot in both camps for due diligence reasons. Only my opinion of course but all seems rather strange with what's been going on over the last month or so. Like you I believe this should have been announced, a CEO departing is by no means a minor occurence in my view. I've emailed the company today for clarification. Hopefully I will get a response to what I consider a reasonable question or it will be covered off on Friday.
