I think they are trying a clever play on words.

I think what they mean is 94M meters have been awarded to various bidders. Those CC have bid for have resulted in a 25% win ratio from CCs tendered bids. If that is the case its misleading, underhand, inaccurate and needs amending. Are they really saying CC have won nearly 25M? If that is the case and they have been given these awards and the information leaked? As you are aware accuracy and CC is rarely seen in the same sentence.

With all that in mind LTI, what's your opinion of the deflated share price then.?

I have to say your naivety and sweet innocence is so refreshing. Just remember that bid bad shark is out there waiting to gobble us up and will have no qualms about it. There won't be many morsels left for us with a very small average from trading either. I've said all along JC was playing this into retirement, let's see if I,m right. Remember that humble pie from a while back. I hope you still have it and it's not mouldy, one of us is going to have to gobble it up lol.

Thing is though Tony what are they controlling with the 51% plus of Digismart? CC holdings own the tech. There is more to this than meets the eye and was going on well before Panmure Gordon became involved.

Thought for the day........ Intellismart want to aquire a controlling interest in CCs India operations (Digismart). What are they actually buying? Digismart has no real assets as such, only the potential to be awarded some of the contracts within India.

Digismart is a wholly owned subsidiary of CC and us the shareholders, CC own the tech and I can only assume that will remain the case unless Intellismart buy CC as a whole.

On the basis CC retain the ownership of the tech the only option is to have a licencing agreement in place with the Digismart venture and whoever owns it moving forward.

My thoughts are that CC are short of cash to progress India and the "joint venture" moving forward between Intellismart, and CC is only serving to allow this progression. Time will tell of course and who knows what "terms" will be negotiated. The SP it seems has been engineered to be held at the current level for a while in my opinion. That in itself gives me some indication about what's coming. GLA.

Not quite the same Aus, the software issue you allude to was a balls up by a third party supplier, and twas part of the coding. BT is something totally different.

Does anyone really believe a takeover of one of the most significant parts of UK infrastructure will be allowed by India who are in bed with the Russians are going is be allowed needs to join UB at the shrink. Not a chance.

It seems clear to me PIs here are about to be shafted unless they have a very low average. Those in the know will however be rubbing their hands.

I'm keeping my thoughts about what's I thinks being going on here over the last few months to myself. Suffice to say though I won't remain silent if my fears are realised. Morning Tony, you cannot compare Arm with CC.

Arm was founded in 1990, was first profitable in 1993 and first listed on the London Stock Exchange I believe in 1998. I will leave you to work out the difference.

Morning Tony, you keep suggesting £5. Could you explain your thinking and calculation to support the figure? No way in a million years will this go for £5 a share to an aquiring company. I would very much like to think I'm wrong but I'm a realist. I've said for a long time this has been set up as a retirement swansong for JC and a few. Longterm holders were by chance given an opportunity a while back, mainly due to circumstance as opposed to anything the BOD did to fill up when the SP bottomed. Some did, many didn't and some new investors were talked into buying at 20p to 30p hoping for the £1,£2,£5 dream, the latter now seeing a significant loss. This isn't aimed at you Tony, dreams are great but sadly with AIM they usually turn out being just that. I truly hope on this one occasion your £5 turns out to be correct. GLA.

What's complicated about leaving an insurer? Just don't renew and take your business elsewhere if they are not competitive.

One thing did occur to me.....what about if one of CCs other "Partners" want a piece of the action.....as you say ,wait and see.

Hate to say it Tony but if you truly believe this you are up for extreme disappointment. JC has played a blinder for himself and the few I think. Wait for the "role" within the new company at an inflated salary and bonuses. Should take him nicely into retirement.

No chance Tony. I would imagine shares purchase followed by dilution of CC India. Maybe CC are hoping to use any cash raised to finance ROW. Whatever happens I still have this nagging feeling...... hopefully I'm wrong.

I just ignore Him Abject., just like the moderator who apparently manages the board and allows it to be ruined by the clown. Maybe they are one and the same.

Too many posts on a social media platform suggests to me he or she has a fear of obscurity. Clearly this person cannot handle the reality that he or she is unimportant and living an uninteresting and mundane life. Excessive posting seems an attempt to get approval from others.

Sadly I have no solutions to offer them in how to retrieve their sense of worth or enjoyment of life, if posting so much on here helps with their mental health, so be it. Unfortunately they are now almost exclusively talking to themselves as most have him filtered.

Sad isn't it, it would be better if they bought a large mirror to talk to, at least it would cut out the middleman and give us all a break. Have a good day all and enjoy the sunshine.
