Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Hi Vas. I suggest the "off book" myself earlier in the week. Method normally used to keep the price stable. I am with ITT though someo doesn't seem right. Are CC being primed for a takeout at a low price? , someone seems to be building a stake at a low price and that for me suggests getting a controlling interest for a takeout. Let's wait and see. Only my opinion of course.
Going back to the recent Framework agreement.........
"As a preferred partner, CyanConnode will provide Omnimesh RF modules, Advanced Metering Infrastructure, Standards-Based Hardware, Omnimesh Head-End Software and associated components, Perpetual License, design, installation, implementation, integration, training and support & Maintenance Contract for 3 million smart meters."
So can we assume the partner is IntelliSmart/Paschimanchal? If these two are the main contractor with CC as a sub contract Comms SME it would make sense for a FA to be in place to remove the need to negotiate cost for each individual piece of work. My thoughts is that these are the framework partners but of course I could be wrong. Not sure why CC cannot just clarify, that would help the SP.
Porsche hangs around like a pair of ba11s because he has never called this right. Look at his posts around other shares, chancer and not even a good one . Just filter him.
Or thinks there is a better entry point further down the line.............
Morning ITT. You will see from my past posts I never thought any potential orders would really start to flow until Q2/3 this year. I'm now really wondering why the huge sell off. Foolish or very clever? I await the next RNS.
Hi ITT.
As you suggest ,if it Is him he's certainly not stupid. One thing did occur to me, could these be off book trades, sure how it works on Aim?
The reason for the suggestion is that on the main market big holding can be accumulated off book using various methods. A while back a large investor achieved a massive number of shares without moving the share price on a company I'm invested in.
There has to be something behind this continual sell down. Seems they are happy to keep this to around the 16 to 17 p mark. With the apparent "boom" in orders about to appear surely whoever is selling isn't that stupid? All will no doubt become apparent soon.
Remember I was knocked back Colour? even though I had email confirmation from Wirepas regarding their tech.
.........Colours post regarding Thailand
It was an observation and a response to Colours post. Just because it doesn't suit your agenda.......it's called balance. Yes I'm aware of something regards Poland there is ample information out there detailing progress in Poland but DYOR as you advise others to ,I don't have the time nor inclination to do it for you,and I doubt you would like the information from DMOR on the subject.
Of course im certain some here would have seen this?

Wait until we see the "performance" bonuses ITT.
I wouldn't believe piggy eyes if he told me the time. He can't even distinguish between a man and a woman lol.
Sorry Colour think you're wrong .......most investors take them with a VERY large pinch of salt. lol
Talking of boats Tony. Sometimes if you get out and swim with the sharks you potentially get bitten 😉
Until you are taken out for next to nothing....
Have you ever been involved in any type of procurement process in the commercial sector Tony? I guess not.
Hi ITT.
Or as my dad would have said....Pay cheap Pay twice
Morning ITT.
That's a fair reflection. I have been involved in many large tenders and a big part of due diligence is whether the company is financially stable, the ability to deliver and the ongoing support for the length of the contract. CC seem to have the ability to deliver, it's the other points they need to prove. If I were a prospective customer placing contracts of this size I would have concern with a company that presents itself as continually needing to raise equity from shareholders to support the business. My procurement team would feel the same. Until CC get to break even I still treat this as one of my medium to high risk investments. Should CC manage to fund their growth with some level of debt it may give a bit more confidence, it seems they cannot and that alone, for me makes them vulnerable.
Not sure ITT. Busy most of today but was going to look into that later funnily enough ,time permitting.
