Quadrise Plc has announced its first license revenues following an addendum to its Site License and Supply Agreement with Valkor Technologies LLC. Valkor secured the necessary project financing for its Primary Project Site in Utah, which will allow for phased production of heavy sweet oil. The agreement includes phased payments for a license fee and the supply of a smaller Multifuel Manufacturing Unit. This development marks a significant milestone for Quadrise, enhancing its market presence through the supply of low-sulfur fuels and biofuels, while also supporting Valkor’s oil recovery methods.

I hope Jason isn't too jet lagged to give a cinematic interview today, he'll be over the moon.

Following the excellent progress made by Valkor during 2024 at their Primary Project Site ('PPS') at Asphalt Ridge, Utah, USA, Valkor has confirmed to the Company that it has now secured the minimum project finance required to develop the PPS of at least US$15 million.

There must e great belief in our product in Utah, Steve Byle's backer has just given Quadrise its first commercial opportunity and thrown Jason a chunk of money.

· A phased payment of the initial license fee, with US$0.35 million now payable by Valkor on 31 January 2025 and the remaining US$0.65 million due on 1 December 2025.

Shipping titan MSC Group is certain to spend billions of dollars each year on fuel for its growing fleet, a bill that could grow as emissions regulations push the industry towards greener alternatives.

Could a new type of synthetic biofuel combining oil and water provide a less expensive option?

A vessel controlled by Switzerland-based MSC is scheduled to trial two forms of fuel developed by London-listed Quadrise starting this quarter.

Permits have been received by Mac2 for our fuel to be produced at Antwerp, Mac2 have concreted an area ready for our fuel production equipment to be set up at Antwerp, our fuel production equipment has been shown to be ready via a Linkedin post, Leandra is ready to take our fuel, we have binding agreements with two behemoth companies in Cargill and MSC believing in what will be achieved by our trials, we have just signed with the European Union who will assist in getting our fuels to market, there are billions of Euros up for grabs to bring zero carbon fuels to market.

Our initial plan with Vertoro was to use the waste CSO for blending into BioMsar, the Lignin oil is being processed for and invested into by Maersk.

BioMsar Zero will be high on the list of frontrunners for this fund, as soon as Jason can demonstrate the use of our net Zero technology he will be inundated with funding.

On 3 December 2024, the European Commission launched the Innovation Fund 2024 Call and Battery calls, with a total budget of €3.4 billion.

There is up to €4.6 billion available to support:

⚡ the deployment of net-zero technologies

The general call for net-zero technologies worth €2.4 billion (IF24 Call) supports decarbonisation projects of different scale, as well as projects focusing on the manufacturing of components for renewable energy, energy storage, heat pumps, and hydrogen production, and pilots.

If it goes to plan as you profess, the share price will be many multiples of todays price, factor in all the other projects coming to fruition within the said timescale and we will all be very wealthy, if you hold shares that is.

This is going to bring some much needed publicity once up and running.

The Smart Specialisation (S3) Thematic Partnership on Shipbuilding Alternative Fuels Propulsion Systems Alliance involves 30 partners from 5 EU Member States and 4 non EU partner countries in the Mediterranean, Atlantic Ocean and Black Sea.

The initiative aims to:

SR, I believe Jason said this at an interview, maybe even the AGM, but as I recall, Cepsa pulled the plug on the MMU because Saudi couldn't resolve an inhouse dispute and Maersk had already left the party due to buoy gate and the resistance to install scrubbers. What goes around comes around, they will all be back soon.

No presentation from Jason after yesterdays news, quite a significant step for the company also, so would expect an interview unless he is waiting for the next bit of news to combine the two.
