Under the agreement with Valkor there is a profit share mechanism for barrels of HSO converted to MSAR or bioMSAR and sold at a premium to current prices obtained from Utah customers.

Quadrise and MSC have been progressing discussions with candidate refineries to progress MSAR supply following completion of the MSAR Proof of Concept. This project is being carried out in parallel with the bioMSAR vessel trial supplied from Antwerp.

And

Negotiations between Quadrise, MSC and candidate refineries are ongoing. Whilst this could progress quickly, an MMU and associated equipment would need to be installed at the refinery ahead of supply in line with permitting at the refinery.

The latest linkedin post has gained the attention of the Permitting Technician at Moeve, formally Cepsa, Jason said at the IMC that he had to be a bit careful as to the answers he gave while the retail offer was underway, nice to think that the tie up with a Mediterranean refiner is far more advanced given the 200 hour POC could be delivered as soon as the end of April.

The Retail Offer is an offer to subscribe for transferable securities, the terms of which ensure that the Company is exempt from the requirement to issue a prospectus under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. It is a term of the Retail Offer that the aggregate total consideration payable for the Retail Offer Shares will not exceed £2 million (or the equivalent in Euros). The exemption from the requirement to publish a prospectus, set out in section 86(1)(e) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (as amended), will apply to the Retail Offer.

It is far less complicated and costly to breakdown biomass into a mix of sugar(s) (derivatives) - aka crude sugar oil (hashtag#CSO) - than it is to produce the well-defined and highly-refined, established biofuels like hashtag#SAF, biodiesel, methanol, and ethanol.

Why not run an internal combustion engine (hashtag#ICE) on CSO directly to dramatically save costs per unit of energy one might ask?

After all, natural ICE’s, more commonly known as mitochondria, have been doing exactly this for billions of years, and nature is all about getting the job done at minimal costs.

Organisms burn sugar (glucose) after all, not SAF or biodiesel, so why shouldn’t man-made ICE’s follow their lead?

Has to be the catalyst for going public with our B100 Bio MsarZero, testing at VTT must be a stone's throw away, yacht trials this summer. As Jason said, shipping companies will want at least one ship running on B100 to offset emissions from the rest of their fleet and ours is the cheapest option.
