Appreciate the response and I only make a judgement based on my observations,evidence and experience.
Anyone who only invests in one share especially an AIM bio is to my mind overexposed as it puts completely puts all the risk in one place.Being involved in pharma for more years than I care to remember I am well aware of the risks involved in being invested in SCLP stage Companys.
If you are here purely for fun and it is a tiny part of your overall financial situation then yes feel free to put money in but most successful people I know would certainly question the wisdom of investing in a continually performing stock.
My being All In point is aimed solely at Inanaco who has never denied only being invested in one stock only and claims only to buy.
I could understand his position more if he traded the share as that would at least confirm he has a wider conception of the art and science of investing.
You are right that we are all shaped by our specific experience and personal financial position and like yourself we are probably both in a independent position to offer our opinions and that is all they are.
If like me you have attended AGMs and talked to individual SH you will be aware of the sad tales of many folk who have felt misled by SCLP and have suffered big losses which have affected their lives. Those are the ones I feel sorry for and seek to bring balance to the decision on whether to invest here or not.
Furthermore if you are invested in AIM other stocks you do gain a wider understanding of how AIM operates and it’s differences with main market investing.
I do find this experience of other shares is helpful in understanding some of the goings on here and helps explain why some investors keep on making basic mistakes.
We have all made mistakes and that is how most of us learn.It is that acceptance of that fact that is the first step in moving forward towards understanding how to AIM works.
Yes we still make mistakes,but hopefully make less bad decisions and more better decisions to increase our chance of success.

It means compounding a heavy loss like you continue to do by adding from income or savings.

When I say I don’t understand why people continue to buy here that is coming from those like yourself heavily overexposed here despite no change in news,sentiment or TA.

Decisions as to buy/ sell/ hold are all individual opinions I just think there have been much better bets out there both currently and in the last few months.
The SP action here is in total contrast to the performance of virtually all other AIM pharma stocks.You seem to have missed that one

Fully understand how people buy as it is with money.I don’t understand why people continually buy here.
Also most investors are happier buying stocks out of profit they have made on other stocks which has been very opportune recently rather than subsidise their losses by adding extra money from other sources

The ones who lose heaviest are the likes of you who keep on buying relentlessly whatever the price and sentiment.
You seem to have totally missed out on the huge improvement in sentiment and liquidity in AIM pharma in recent time’s.
Honestly if you learn from your mistakes it will make you happier sadly the first thing you have to do is admit the mistake but not sure if you have that in your make up

Agree most bought in here in the science but as CH says you need Data,data and data.That is what the magic roundabout has not delivered in the last 3 years

Some invest/ trade on news or fundamentals,some on technicals and some on sentiment.

But him with the all seeing eye keeps on buying whatever despite no news,sentiment on the floor and the SP in a downward trend

Exactly Ratty so just think how it is when you have no contact with the BoD like here.A few bits that I would like some communication on.
Bion Tech collaboration.Is that 2 years and heard nothing of progress.
SCIB 2/ CRUK- again 18 months/ 2 years heard nothing of progress.
SCIB 1 p2 trial- delayed for how long 2 years and when we heard nothing about delay it eventually turned out SCLP had kept the truth from us.
Modi 1 p1 trial how long has this been delayed 2-3 years.
Any actual update on any of 3 Avidmab agreements signed or any detail.
Any update of conjugate issues with Modi manufacture.
Any update on issues with Trigid 2 device- again 2 years plus.
Any update on nano delivery mechanism for Immunobody.

You get the picture and I could go on.

Every time they do funding it is at a lower SP and a major reason for this is lack of newsflow and people ask why do we not attract new investors.

It is left to an ex Chairman to sort and pay for the publicity on Covidity when all the evidence is that the funding and progress of COVID 19 Vax will be largely directed at Viral Vaccine Specialists rather than repurposed Vax.

What is the response here crowdfunding and Just Giving and claims of Oxbridge bias

Hopefully it will all change here with a relevant and good update but please carry on and ignore any other view to that of everything in the garden is rosy. As I have said would rather have a balanced view of the facts than a closed view of anything that threatens that position.

Or in a closed period.
Not just about the price and amount they paid but the opportunity ie timeframe they have.
The recent Director buys have to be taken as a positive given current SP imo.

Great post Bermuda.
No excuse whatsoever for failure to update SH and communicate on a regular basis with newsflow.
Most other good operators on AIM do it so why should there be silence here.When we have heard no news in past it usually turns out to be bad news like trial delays.
Also very poor for sentiment which effects the SP.
But agree very important distinction between PR and IR.

Yes very good news this morning.
I have absolutely no idea why 3 specific pharma were involved but I can assure you that all 3 are very top names in pharma and see combatting COVID 19 as a priority.

Really good post highlighting the caution all of us need operating on AIM.
I was one of those Motif guys and was as confident as possible,knew the science backwards,worked with CEO,2 positive p3 trials,big institutional backing but one big adverse event which no one predicted and it dropped in 20 minutes from £100m to £10m market cap.
Have been lucky getting here at 20p but like most AIM investors you have winners and sometimes big winners but also losers and potentially big losers so would certainly endorse your message of not going all in on one share.
You may be lucky and do really well but as we have seen here the last 2 weeks the vagaries if AIM and the volatility that brings.
I am pretty confident here but always a risk involved but anticipated newsflow should Derisk a lot

OK Rudey I just thought for a phase 1/2 study you would need more than 8 people per study which is only 4 getting Vax for instance and 4 placebo.
Again presume you would need to keep them on site until end of trial as measuring IgG and IgM levels outside could be influenced by community infection.

Knew there was a comment about possibly buying or establishing additional facilities but these are very specialised

Could this is be about capacity rather than whether they can get all 12 contracts.
I presume they would use the Isolation facility for these contracts but not sure long they will need to last so if you need 2 months to complete each study which seems reasonable then you can only do max of 6 in a year as nit sure they can overlap.
Happy to be disproved or anyone can add more detail on these likely type of deals.
