BBD. they are testing both Vax via the new delivery method so if they use HC studies like I suspect to accelerate the development of both VAX then ORPH has a big part to play.
Who else do you think will occupy the govt paid 3 slots?

GF you were undoubtedly right about the importance to Vote but interested to know did you predict it was going to be an issue or whether you were approached to garner your support.
If so why did the BoD not communicate directly to everyone and we could all make a considered decision if they were aware of the closeness of the Vote which seems likely.
Does not reflect well on the BoD imo.If you know you are in a fight do everything you can to win.

As I said earlier I feel it may be Calculus rather than Vulpes as ties in with DE post recently about a few large SH being unhappy plus Vulpes converting maybe to support vote.
Adjournment allows BoD to chase up those that did not vote as I am not sure if OO shares are allowed.
Just wish they kept us informed about what is going on

Could be DE and Calculus rather than Vulpes but seems linked to Vulpes converting their CLNs so they could vote so did they convert to vote against or convert to try and pass Special Resolution.

Makes sense to me given the Govt wishes to support these efforts and look at who is involved.All the key players in the HC RNS.So I think the first 2 slots may involve the Oxford ChAd and Imperial Vax but with different delivery methods something HC studies are very good at.

I know entirely different Company’s but their placing was oversubscribed and OO was 89% subscribed so may be reflective of sentiment ATM but we will know soon enough.

Not worried one iota about AGM or GM Resolutions. In my experience they are absolutely certain to go through as dominant SH have the necessary power to do so and certainly here.
Occasionally you do get contentious ones but these which may be too close to call are invariably flagged up in advance in order to garner SH support.
As there has been absolutely no communication along these lines I assume like 99.9% of the time they will sail through.
As Bermuda said most PI stuff is held in nominee Accounts so no point in contacting SCLP direct and as I said the voting numbers are of interest but the voting is not in doubt imo

Unlike most of the vaccines listed, FLU-v was designed to promote cellular (T-cell) immune responses over humoral (antibody) immunity, and demonstrated successful protection against intranasal challenge with H1N1.

As the article says Flu strains change and mutate and with antigenic drift and predominantly an AB response immunity is not long lasting as it us essentially humoral.

Flu V is targeting a cell mediated response via T cells which in general creates a more widespread,potent and longer lasting immunity.

Likewise Ruck my Corporate Action Deadline is noon Monday so decided to for a few extra.Am pretty hopeful to get most of them but always interesting to see how these play out.

Director buys not so much an important consideration in US crickets as their compensation culture is different from U.K. so lower salary and lots of options so SCLP more in line with US than U.K. model.
Director buys and sells are important re sentiment on AIM look at Avct for instance but not really an issue in US context.

CF sees things differently he is a businessman so does not get attached to a drug/ platform.
Think one of issues with previous management was Flu V was their baby but they simply did not have the money to take through to p3 and did not want to let it go.
They never seemed to want to reduce expenditure by sacking folk so was always loss making.
You can see CF agenda is make it work and profitable.Complete change of mindset
