Of course we would all be really happy with a big rise on today’s news but I am happy enough with small steady increases as newsflow continues to Derisk here.
Don’t forget 2 new contracts since last Thursday presentation and Pfizer lots of talk re Pneumococcal Vax and of course CF mentioned a new HC model and a big pharma outfit beginning with letter P.
We already know Pfizer rang CF up out of blue and they signed a large RSV contract 2-3 months ago.

Think you are right as 3 months difference.

SM I don’t think they sold any after the first raise and before the second so I am only talking about the first raise.
Rats-I am not suggesting they would jeopardise their reputation by using any “ inside info’ but certainly is a common occurrence on AIM.
I felt more like the dogs in the street knew that SCLP were going to have to raise money in Q2/Q3 and Vulpes would know they would be sounded out and obviously wanted to be part of it. Without checking the exact timeline of when they sold and when the first raise was made the negotiations and involvement of Redmile may well have been underway

I am talking about the first raise so everyone knew a raise of some kind was due and Vulpes would be key part so they would want the VWAP to be as low as possible in order to get more shares at a lower price hence selling at 8p.
I did originally think the 2nd Redmile CLN raise at 13p was linked to the first but not so sure now.It may be part of Redmile plan but don’t think it involved Vulpes and guess that us a source if some if the friction.
The truth is we are simply guessing but on balance I think the Vote will go through and it is in the best interests of SCLP with the current level of info available

My view would be the Vulpes selling was to slow down the SP momentum at the time knowing there was a raise in the offing

Agree Compound I think Vulpes were making a point in voting against or maybe to flush out Redmile.
If the Redmile CLN conversion votes are allowed which I have no reason to doubt then Vulpes must know they can never win.
However,we simply don’t know if it is a major or slight disagreement with much in the firm of longer term implications.
Personally I think Vulpes will just accept it as part of business and remain fully committed to SCLP.
If the Vote does not succeed then that us a different matter but I presume it is already a given even though I know the BoD were still saying every vote counts
