Absolutely correct this is not like buying a second hand item at a car boot.
Have been involved with several NDA discussions within Pharma and you can have a conditional arrangement or unsigned agreement which does not need to be notified to the market.

They do not need to issue an RNS until an event has happened so can of course have discussions and heads of agreements under an NDA without having to give official news.
So for eg if they have such an agreement they can wait until it is actually made official which will not be until Approval.
I am not saying this is what is happening but the idea that any company has to release information and details until actually signed is not true.
Being US based the penalties for withholdingi price sensitive information or misleading investors under SEC rules are much harsher than in UK so BOD are very cognisant of their tesponsibilities

Nice article about Clatterbridge Hospital highlighting the real advances being made in Immunotherapy but many of current treatments especially the Conbis cause a lot of side effects.
Have set up specific unit to deal with side effects as they see the huge expansion of IOntherapies in the future

FYI found a brief description of a rebrand for the Ichor delivery system and the launch of Trigrid 2 in 2016.
Normally a rebrand is due to am image problem so possibly with Trigrud 1

Had a quick look at results and seems to be a lot of progress but yes debt position needs clarifying.
Those going on about only £50k cash left at end of June and it is prelude to Armageddon are way off beam and totally scare mongers g.
Yes we know the history here has been chequered but there has been a huge turnaround and news of the refinancing will be a major step forward

Morning yes best of luck for rest of year and I only have about a week left so long Xmas break for me and did think about you as I send best wishes to a poster on a separate board who is facing similar challenges to yourself.
Health and well being much more important than money although the latter is what drives a lot of spite but again I would imagine the vast majority of investors are suffering badly in the current market and that can create a lot of anger and frustration.
Anyway yes hoping for news here as elsewhere as lack of news in current market and general outlook is tin hat time

Sorry to hear that Wassatt and It has touched many families but when you are directly affected it can be a huge battle.

One thing I did wonder about the CRUK team and should really have asked a question at AGM is not so much about the chance of success which understandably had a very circumspect response.But about the drivers for assembling the top quality team that LD has assembled.
Obviously there will be commercial and expert opinion factors in getting involved but if the others share Lindy’s active pursuit in seeking some of the answers to curing and treating cancer then it may be this helps overcome some of the potential IP issues and seek the greater good rather than more vested interests.
