Confirmation of loan arrangement proves that FRR could get a better deal so looks a very strong case if Hooe vetoed this type of deal.
PS surely on odd arrangement that everyone on BOD has to agree or any BOD member has a veto on any matter like securing funding rather than collective responsibility or just the BOD member resigns if disagrees on any important natter

No idea but someone is playing a game which of course they can on low volume stocks.
Even here today a lower UT first off to appear to drop price from closing UT last night.
Then looks like majority of sells and blue.
The SP here always seems to be at the bid or the ask price depending on what picture they want to paint.It is hardly ever the mid point which it is on all other shares.
When news hits the volume us such they can’t control it until volume goes down and they take it down again.
It may be to do with the AMP shares or someone wanting it lower for whatever reason and obviously the general market does not help but to pretend it t is normal trading has not observed what has happened here over the last 18 months.
Seems to have a US component as well but no matter just waiting for news.

Algorithms took it down to -22% at one time.Trading halt called and then resumed quickly to close +2.6% up on low volume

Agree SR just saw docket was updated yesterday and thought someone might have access.

If a takeover or buy out happened it would likely happen after Approval.
However I am not expecting a takeover as it would be left field.More likely imo a partnering arrangement either a JV or commercial partner depending on the assets the other party may bring to the table.
If the other Company s not in AB space then expect a non JV but if in AB space then a JV involving a gram negative AB and/or HABP claims to act as a strategic fit for MTFB.
If this then comes together it becomes a much more attractive take over target than a pure single drug play

Prod that happens with these US patent cases where you have a big boy vs small boy.Also have a bit of experience about defending class actions by big pharma so even when it is pretty clear who is to blame proceedings can be delayed and often biggest pockets can win.
Don’t see that in this case but these things always take longer than predicted and it is only when you get full picture you understand why it took so long.
Even if evidence against Hope is “ conclusive” he will argue mitigation or misunderstanding or there will be arguments over disclosure of evidence and admissibility.
This all takes time

If trial results are bad then no one will exercise if positive then anyinev xe cueing at 24p is confident in future SP

Even with a clear cut case if Hope wants to fight it and I am sure he will then they can employ some legal delaying tactics at this early stage.
What heartens me is the relative speed of the judicial process in these matters in Cayman.I have experience if patent disputes in the US courts and they really are a nightmare in sorting out devusiobs
