Crumbs like you find a lot of recent discussion seems to have not highlighted the compelling SCIB 1 mono therapy data and the swimmer charts.
I suppose one of issues but many positives about SCLP is the range of alternative platforms and areas of interest within their portfolio.
SCIB 1 has always been the most advanced but perhaps Moditope is potentially the most valuable so a dichotomy between where to put the priority and resources so important for a Company the size of SCLP.
I can see they want to retain as much as the platform values as possible and that requires developing them to as later stage as possible.
However there are other conflicts such as the wish to get involved in other potentially valuable areas like TCR etc.
Then throw in other complexity’s like the Trigid 2 vs T1 and the delays and you can see how some have duffefprent views of the BOD.
Above all else what I would like is a clear concise statement of the strategic way forward and timetable from the BOD including inflection points and milestones.That way we can be much more certain about how much progress they are making.
If they do not have such a statement and plan then that would be the worrying bit.Ultimately the science will decide our fate here but we would have a much better idea of progress if we had a clear integrated overall plan to measure against rather than a series of individual targets

Unfortunately no as I did not join Pacer for free trial.You can usually track Dockets in the US Courts directly and I as interested in the docket update of 12 hours ago( just not sure if it refers to now or a few weeks ago as I suspect).
The only PDF I could find was the one I posted which was judgement in 8/11 which I recall was about tracking Hope withhin Court jurisdiction.
I know the case has now moved onto Caymans was just trying to unearth the reasons for bringing the case initially and get a better insight into events.

C7/DA -agree on points re negativity but when the SP just drifts to very low levels then some people start doubting the fundamentals and yes there is more the BOD could do even if it is just communicating more.
On all my LTH I have the same policy to hold long and strong except if the science changes or if the BOD did something which caused me to not trust them always taking I to account their cash position.
Delays are part and parcel of a small bio but when a BOD develops s a habit of them then it is frustrating.
C7 yes fully u derstand your need to focus on other stuff but equally know what pleasure you get from posting here as well

Agree they will release news when ready but some PIs will sell either because they need to for say Xmas or they are bored or worried it will fall further etc and of course in any illiquid share it does not take much volume to drop it further.
Know you understand this better than most as you have more knowledge of the market.

Also the amount of damages is quite close to the loan figure of $60m less a few current or future disbursements so may be linked or not.

RR-especially in today’s AIM market where unless you moved to cash you are likely to be suffering big losses as the much reduced liquidity due to effects of Beaufort/Crypto Currency etc in conjunction with all the adverse macro factors like Brexit/China and US trade situation effect things.
In SCLP which has a much higher PI base and no news has led to a perfect storm for a declining SP.Certain virtually everyone agrees that the true value is a long way North of here but it is the confirmation of this potential in actual trial progress results that will be the game changer here.
Until then we all have to accept the value of our shares is only what someone will pay and at today’s prices not very much.
Like you I will not sell any at today’s low levels but neither will I add until the bottom is in.
Very happy with my exposure here and can afford to wait long enough for the science to determine the outcome here.
Funny old game when rhatton sold his holding at 11.5p or whatever and dud so reluctantly.
In hindsight seems a very shrewd move and hope he has/ does buy back in as the science story is as strong as ever just need progress on starting these trials

Imo this is what a BB should be about honest expression of views but also being tolerant of the fact that every one’s circumstances/attitude to risk/knowledge and understanding of a particular share and of investing on AIM is different.
That is why people often disagree as their agenda,experience,knowledge,trust,length of investment perspective,ability to make sound decisions is very individual.
Listen to no one and make your own decisions based on your own research and try not to think of the SP as being reflective of true value but at the same time accepting that the SP does reflect value at any particular point in time.

Many on twitter know who I am and can readily check my Linked In profile and see GL as a contact or they can check both of our profiles and see we worked at the same department at the same place at the same time for a number of years so perhaps our paths may have crossed.
You could have come to the AGM and I could have introduced you or shown the photograph of us and our wives sitting next to each other so do you believe someone whose history you can easily check or a newly arrived continually negative poster who has never produced one shred of evidence to support anything.

There are questions we don’t know answers to but I have spoken to Jo on various occasions and totally echo thoughts on him being honest ,professional and communicates what he is allowed to say

Don’t want to enter the T1 vs T2 debate as we will find out in due course authoritavely tptatyervthan spe ukatively.
At AGM I do not recall the comment about T1 being unavailable but no matter.
I did ask the question to Sally about when the IND was submitted and the reply as July.
As Ichor had a relaunch in 2016 including the promotion of T2 then that may be a clue as to what device is likely to have been used in the various trials

Really don’t think anyone is questioning the likelihood of a Approval yes there is risk but even negativebposters usually concede on the balance of probability it is very likely to be Approved.

We have had doubters on here every time we come me up to a major milestone like R1 and R2 and NDA submission and now Approval.Then is it deal or no deal or will it be a good deal.
Will they have to commercialise themselves and how much will they sell.
Yes valid questions but how comes the folk who randomly appear from nowhere and overwhelmingly negative think they know all the answers when they have got it all wrong so far.
That is probably why GL will only release actual news and not seek to make comments which are invariably criticised and not aid short term traders
