Footy always ups and downs and could have been a worse week but we are some way behind.

Extremely unlikely imo Hanibal.
First there would have to be some sort of JV and GL made it clear in AGM about issues of working with another AB Company in same space with splitting the sales force priorities when you are launching products within a similar timeline and to different audiences

So if it against the law to answer how come the same question was asked in 2018 and it was answered.
I am meeting up with a CEO of an AIM biotech next week at Jeffries Healthcare Conference and he is US based which has far tougher sanctions on price sensitive information on here.
So my dilemma is do I ask the question or do I think Inanaconsays it is against the law so not ask it.
I tell you what I will let him tell me whether it is against the law or not and ask it.
He has total free will whether to answer it or not like the SCLP BOD.
Will you have the good grace to admit you are wrong if he chooses to answer it as he obviously knows the rules much better than me or you

Questions were asked at 2015 AGM about funding options DE hid behind protocol hence negative reaction.
In 2018 same question asked(not by me) and BOD did not hide behind protocol and responded so traction was much more positive.
Of course you have always said no one is allowed to ask these questions so you are wrong again.

Yes AdComm is the Scientific Advisory Board Meeting of the FDA.
New ABs do not necessarily have to undergo this Meeting but many do.So basically oncevtge NDAvis submitted andvreviewed the FDA will come back with any questions obpoints if clarification which MTFB will seek to answer.
The AddComm meeting NGS is just a more formal part of process which I would be confident of MTFB passing but better not to have any additional hurdles imo
Even if Iclaprim did not get Approval then there is still considerable residual value as it has gone so far through the Approval process
However I am well aware of the market reaction and this residual value will be totally dependent on the reasons ie CRL for not getting Approval and more important the amount and scope of additional work which may be required.
So as far as I aware everything is on track but should find out more next week

After any considerable rise on an AIM stock then worth top slicing etc as in mot circumstances there will be a pull back.
Does not matter so much if you are confident long term but even if continued good news always slips back when no major news which is always going to be case with likes of MTFB

Many thanks for patent update.
Equally do not want to start another “unworthy” discussion but even if no PR I think what most would find helpful if there was a clear line of communication to/from SCLP so PIs could ask NON price sensitive questions to simply clarify the situation.
As opposed to arguing about something which non of us know the true answer to however much we may or may not understand the science/ patent/ commercials or whatever subject the questioner may want an answer to.
In other words better to fully inform everyone if facts not opinion.
