Morning,<br />There was personal criticism of the previous CFO from one particular poster in the US which was obviously based on a personal agenda and Oetch dies seem to be pre occupied with the question.<br />Simple answer they replaced R Dickey with aJonathan Gold as interim CFO when Dickey left and he has done a very good job so has kept the position.<br />They are currently seeking a new CFO on a permanent basis but you must understand the type of CFO you may need moving forward will need a different skill set than that required if a pre revenue generating Comoany.<br />If you don’t understand that point then suggest you don’t appreciate how MTFBis on the potential cusp of transforming itsekf

China is now huge market for most pharma and has lots of money to invest.
Also plenty of Chinese Company’s around for partnering deals.Iknow that SCLP are a long way from market but could see interest from say a Chinese Company with a CI for doing a future deal including upfront payments based on successful Combo trial

Everyone is entitled to their personal opinion on GL and in fairness know Sheltie has had reservations for some time so happy just to differ in our thoughts.
Yes he is a personal friend so I readily trust and understand him but I know a couple of other CEOs and I have much more invested here and don’t invest heavily apart from MTFB fundamentals.Yes I have found it useful to have a direct line in case I want clarification on anything but equally I fully understand what he can and can’t say to me.
If you are judging his performance on the SP only you may have some grounds for criticism but I judge him on how the BOD and institutional investors judge him and that is by the progress of Iclsprim through the Approval process and yes the raising of the necessary capital to achieve this progress.
It is obvious to me that Invesconare very impressed with him as why else would they be so supportive along with others.
Yes he has made mistakes but based on my experience with other AIM Company’s he is one of the best but don’t want anyone else to purely accept my opinion on the matter.
After working with him as well and talking to other Senior Execs at Merck who have talked about his time running 2 of their global divisions I know what they think of him.
All the nonsense about being out of work and being done a favour by an old friend is just that.
Anyway looks a better day here and yes important we share our views openly and good we don’t agree on everything as being totally Uber positive or ultra negative all the time is a dead give away as to posters true intentions.

If the BOD were not totally aligned with these SH then I would be concerned and again with some AIM Company’s you can never discount anything if the BOD are absolute schysters.
Certainly not the case here as why buy so much at higher levels and why go to all the trouble and expense of developing the field if it was all a con which it would have to be imo if they were selling.
As Moke says there are a host of other more plausible sources or some type of orderly transfer

I spoke to Nomad a couple of months ago and raised the specific point of BOD selling.
He confirmed they would have to notify and that Levan would police this very closely so fairly certain it is not them.

Hi 3 out of my 4 main shares IQAI,SCLP and here have been at lows the last few weeks but both(SCLP today have shown very nice reverses and here I am most confident of all of them.
So bring on Jefferies and let us see what emerges news wise.
You all now my thoughts on what has been achieved here in terms of progress and once again with the exception of the Nasdaq listing where there were specific reasons for the issues and was always about the long term.
That is in the past and if anyone else can show me an AIM Company where the market cap has gone from £3m to £88m in less than 4 years and taken a drug through to within 3 months of FDA Approval then I would be leased to see it.
Of course the SP does not reflect this success but anyone who has been here a while knows this is being controlled and I am more than happy to wait Neil the science changes.

I post this simply because it gives some good numbers on what PRTK intend to do from a commercial point of view with numbers and costs.
They intend to launch in Q1/2019 but I must stress they are not competing in main target market for Iclaprim.It confirms Iclaprim pricing strategy if $3k per patient treatment cost and confirms what GL said at AGM about teaming up with someone like PRTK which am sure they have talked to which was unlikely due to setting conflicting sal s force priorities.
Therefore am more convinced about psrtnering with a Company not producing ABs.

Also Omadacycline is a novel Tetracycline class so still possible cross resistance and they have I/v and oral formulations and indications for both CABP (Community Acquited Bacterial Pneumonia) if memory serves me right so are looking at different targets ie many non hospital setting therefore needs completely different commercial model to MTFB

Keep an eye out from large delayed trades but we will find out sooner or later

GL was in London about 6 weeks ago to basically update the institutional SH including M&G which are a long term fund so IF they have increased as per Bllomberg share register you picked up yes it would be very good.
We know this is being manipulated for whatever reason but if the professional institutions who obviously have a better idea of what is going on are increasin then why should we worry.
Also know previously Sangdrive were bending GKs ear when the SO was at 30p so sure they are not happy now do ver confident sooner or later these games will finish
