It's a complete guess The first name that comes to my mind as a buyer David lenigas, (or his group of buddy's they have already ended up with other assets KEA disposed off like lidsey field near bognor Regis now run by angus and DOR) if it is there will be dilution of the other companies he's involved to buy kea, then you get a temporary surge in kea and the other companies, then all companies will be diluted more to pay their wages and future ventures. They have done it with a few low mcap oil companies and dilute the share price to almost nothing eventually but money can be made on the ride.

i thought it looked odd, is KEA buying itself ? no mention of any other party and kea is listed as offereee offeree n. a person or entity to whom an offer to enter into a contract is made by another (the offeror).
