PJ selling = simple he put the two deals together (and probably had more tabled) which would have made a company. and the shares were his payment. Good deals which only came about because of his connections (eg MTR / MODs old copper licences) dunno who with the lithium. DL then approached PJ with an idea (and fingers crossed a better one) bare in mind these deals could have gone to any of the other companies he deals with but he chose CAF. I still think he had more plans for CAF but his involvements with other companies took priority. Also if you are reading this GET / USL spend a fraction of that investment money on websites so we have an idea who we have bought in too, or at least get a few free Yell.com style listing with an address and contact details we want to know you exist.

Just think if the bod put some hard cash in to the company, When lately you see other micro cap companies get 50k - £250k investments and jump 100-500% in a few days adding millions to the mcaps, it wouldn't take much to turn this around.

Not worried about his 3%, the handful of regulars on this bb and a few other holdings I know of outweigh his holding by a tad. 81m shares in issue we are all small fry really.

Prob just switch to nex they already have a listing there, then re enter aim when ready.

They can raise cash at premium to current price. Look at KOD Friday 30% premium and next lot at 65% premium to what was its previous days closing price. URU did it recently too, plenty out there have raised at a premium.

It's just general traders total value of trades are not that high, it's been 2.82 to sell 2.9-3.2 to buy for ages now.

Rns due on 22nd possibly 23rd with out come of name change. - That's concrete. Once changed I think we will get the road map, by month end. - that's my guess. I missed this In the 8/2/17 lithium RNS, there is the potential uranium licence, we already got it! "One of the deposits is also known to be uranium bearing, drilling in the late 1970's reportedly noted several uranium occurrences, though these were not fully investigated and represent as yet untested uranium potential."
