Make of it what you will but I've been able to get quotes to sell over 500k shares in one chunk all day, and the price has been raising. To me that's a bit strange for a low volume share. Maybe someone has not finished buying and a large order is being filled? Who knows but good luck to everyone.

I agree that spread definitely doesn't look great today. Still I'm looking at this share and thinking The two new guys bought shares directly off Chris and Sara - effectively buying a seat on the board. You now have four people who (currently) own 40% of the total company shares instead of two. That's quite an investment. My complete guess is that all four (who now have cash) could participate in the placing so the price could be a double edged sword, to low and they loose on existing holdings, to high and they don't make it worth investing for others. You would think that they would have a good idea how to process the placing, been as parts of the company is / has been involved in funding / crowd funding / publishing various investment media, websites, newsletters etc. I'm prepared to give this one a bit of time if needed, looks like the company's turning over a lot of cash at a negligible loss which if the loss was mainly from one off costs then we must get see profit in next years. Just asking myself - Why would two people buy 22% of the company ....

I don't know the rules but are there not price and time limits to what they can price placing shares at if II / directors / executives have recently bought.

Give them a chance, For a placing this size compared to current issue I think they will have to do a prospectus for a placing and would have to go to egm.

Also nothing to say the staff who sold the shares to the new investors won't participate in the new placing. Part of the agreed deal between the lot of them the share transfer Friday could have been to secure the deal.

they are using primary bid as masterful advertising by having a small issue supply is limited and apart from putting cash in the company it creates demand for the shares. primary bid has a big following now and i wouldn't be surprised if the sp is higher in a month then it is now. im not invested in TERN but popped by after i got the primary bid email, i am not the only person who has had TERN pop up on their radar and would not have seen them without pb. Hope it works out for you here, defiantly now on my watch list.

Wow, tried buying at 2.2 and it didn't work when I clicked buy, then had quote at 2.5 - 2.75 and now 3.25p. Just watching now. But looks a fun ride :)

It's just doubled its share issue so expect many more like that, my experience is that the company usually puts a bit of effort in which helps clear the placing shares, they putting a few good interviews out, a couple of bits of good news, it wouldn't supprise me if this to double or more once interest is here. If Someone can confirm debt I would appreciate it, but looking in - as far as I can see if placing paid off the September debt once paid it will have £500k cash, ~£2m mcap company, and has stated it will "soon" be a profitable mine. looks to have a classic aim miner multibag potential to it to me. Will research more than tonight.

Hi all, Pere is nearly there and trading again. Can someone help confirm the number of shares that will be issued or available to warrant, I understand that we will have : 82m aim shares. 81m new placing shares at 1.6p. 75m new subscription shares at 1.6p. + 75 new subscription shares warrants at 3.2p. But are the old Caf warrants still available? I cannot remember now but was it 60m shares? Total ~313m +/- Caf warrants? Any I've missed? I'm Hopeful to make some cash out this still, seen aim shares double or treble on a £200-300k raise or just a basic "we a we are trading" rns in the past so fingers crossed. GLA
