Well spottted :) The only resolution I don't personally like is the Removal of cap on number of shares in issue. They probably have a plan behind it all, but I don't see why wed didn't just buy MAGP to start with.

100 to 1 consolidation. Round your holding down to nearest 100 then Divide your holding by 100. 1,000,000 shares becomes 100,000. The rest of the information is how they get around issuing more shares in the future at less then the equivalent current par value of the shares. If the shares were trading at above 0.1 they wouldn't have the problem. If they didn't do it they would have a consolidated par value of 10p and the shares would be worth 7p on the market and still wouldn't be able to raise money. I'm not 100% sure if I'm correct But if can Someone confirm the following I would appreciate it. ?? The benefit is I believe This change unlocks the cash they have in the shareholder reserve accounts so 99% of the total historically raised funds par value can be used.??

what are tosca doing these days? Last time I was here around they were looking at options after that long period when they were buying every share that came up for sale. and I see on the Sle website they are sill the major holder.

You could have added that after 12 October - they still have up to another 6 months while suspended to tie up a deal.

My guess is ntog selling a few prior to consolidation. Your bod could be trying to "encourage" them to sell, after the ntog comment that they were not in a rush to sell

Keeping a close eye here, It would only take someone to organise buying the 177m off NTOG at £0.0007 for circa £125k and the main hold on the sp here would be lifted, its not a massive amount for a small pool of investors, or even better imagine if the director here bought them. Would be the best win-win for all parties, and should help the sp for everyone else on both companies.

Been reading up, the letters from chairman on NTOG side and the circular here prior to GM make quite a soap opera story, and by the look of it opportunist greed was the answer. But that aside i do like the WED plan here, drilling lots of wells and retaining a stake in each while charging admin fees is fantastic as far as affordability for MAGP goes i can see it working. after all it would only take a few lucky or better than expected wells and things could really change for the better here. another minnow with potential, defiantly on my watch to buy list.

Hello, currently in NTOG and researching which led me here, can anyone tell me if it was a personal grudge against your BOD or was NTOG or others trying to get a hold of some of MAGPs assets cheap? While im here i looked over the MAGP half year results, the headline well numbers looked impressive but the $3209 average generated per well seemed very odd, thats about 10 barrels per month? were allot offline for part / all of the period for refurbs? Im always looking for the next investment, and if its just NTOG dragging you down temporarily and you plan to have more barrels per day pumping over the next half year i may have a dabble here at some point.

Gotta Love this share, 2x 1m buys the other day and stagnant sp, a few small buys today in comparison and up lol
