Might see some delayed buys, I took a punt and my relatively small trade is not showing anywhere.

Would September 30th - 30 November be a closed period ? Once the results are published does that mean the company it out of the closed period and directors / insiders / financing parties / etc can then buy shares? Possibly Buying large stakes on the cheap ?

The date 30th Sept has been and gone why would a loan repayment in Nov/Dec affect the already passed date? Wouldn't a payment in Nov/ Dec that be for the next results? "it is highly unlikely that the Board will be in a position to publish its half year results for the six months ended 30 September 2017 by 30 November 2017" will publishing the results force them to pay a tax bill or something? Was £3.7m cash spent in October / November ?

Well in 5 mins trying to get a small quote which I can't the sp quote indication has gone from 0.06-0.09. 0.09-0.10. 0.10-0.10 0.11-0.15 Not bought any but a quote for £100 would be nice.

Had this in my watchlist for a decade, not kept on top of news but £3.7m - £1.7m loan notes = £2m How much other debt does the company have now? Is it not worth a £2m cash in bank mcap?

Yep Could be a good year, the directors performance rights "equal to 10% of the Company's fully diluted share capital." and main holders have valued the company at 0.12p or £20.4m minimum fully diluted based on 17b shares it fully diluted. Let them convert the loan, they will be at 0.12p !

"An initial non-refundable payment of US$150,000 has been received by Herencia, thereafter the following payments to Herencia are scheduled in the event Cuprum proceeds to fully exercise the option:  After 12 months US$ 350,000  After 24 months US$ 500,000  After 36 months US$ 3,000,000" With the First payment 3 years ago at end of Jan 2018 I guess it's been mothballed by cuprum and the board is just waiting the 36 months out and it could be back up for sale. Could be nice windfall if it did ever happen or if Cuprum made an extra payment to retain the option for another few years. End of Jan is not to long away.

all i can find is the 30 January 2015 RNS "Herencia to sell La Serena Project for up to US$4 million" to Cuprum Resources Chile Limitada. and a note on the Website "The Company has announced an option agreement to divest control of the La Serena tenement package to a third party and has received the first payment due under that option agreement. " after that date i cannot see any reference to it in other RNS's did Cuprum do anything with it?
