The 215k and 65k are at "nominal value" and "issued ordinary share capital" the VIS shares are 1p par value shares. So ~£280k = ~28m new shares at 1p. If they did the issues at 2.5p they would raise around ~£700k. If they wanted to raise £2m they would have to raise at ~7p. If anyone can see what I'm getting at and I'm completely wrong please tell me.

Effectively sold at todays price but in a way that wouldn't tank the share price? Or are they are trying to encourage selling to lower the price to buy more? Strange one.

Hi b, thank you I looked at this over the weekend after you mentioned it on pfg bb, it does look like a little gem, very interesting took a punt this morning. Interesting that clinigen mcap has risen a lot more then here since takeover announcement almost like a takeover of qp is priced in to their sp now and a placing at clinigen could easily pay for this. Even without a takeover it looks like it would have a good future alone. GLA.

I've been thinking about the placing price and now my guess is slightly lower then the average sp for the last 3 months - around ~2.7p, still offers a 1/3rd discount to new investors. From the results - Total equity and liabilities £2,593,225 = 4p a share

Currently 2.05 sell v 2.35 buy. Quoted for over 330k shares - available to buy at 2.35.

Look mms forget the massive spread, if you want to earn your money Just make it 2p to buy and create some volume by filling my buy order, or go to 4p and make everyone want to trade it. Either way no volume means you make no money. Get a move on :)

I was getting quoted 1.85-1.95 to sell and 2.2-2.37 to buy earlier depending on qty quoted a big difference. Also have a buy order in last few days but that's not been filled at 2p, probably due to low volume

If it's 1p wouldn't a £2m raise at 2p put an extra £1m in the non distributable share premium account, and give the company £1m capital to spend.
