are the shares still at 1p par value? Last reference I can find to the par value is the 2010 share issue rns.

Any thoughts to the £3.3m in the share premium account, as it can be moved to distributable reserves via a capital reorganisation, could this be what is being set up? Business model / directors / major shareholders are all changing and the idea of a major fund raise added to the mix, could this be enough to allow it?

im struggling with the math too many zeros if i have not missed any for peterhouse £550,000 at £0.00005 would be 11,000,000,000 shares to issue x 2 with warrants. plus big dish? so existing holders looking at less then 0.5% of the new company? consolidation by the new owners or strip and sell the NYO listing as a shell?

Google finance is terrible at maths these days. Today the Share price stayed constant at 2.17p with no trades for a few hours and it's shown as red down 3% / 6%, neutral, green up 3%/ 8% / 11%.

It wasn't too interesting, more of the same, only thing I noted was PERE now has 18 months to make a deal rather then the would now be expired 6 months on aim. Repeats that they are doing more Dd on near or in production projects, may leverage against the £2m, one project $2m one is $40m, gold, copper, north / South America, not interested in lithium as it's in a "bubble", not interested in anything without permits, not interested in projects that are just cheap - must be able to add value to them.

No coincidence, Not many shares are available and even less at the current price that's why the bid price jumps after a few relatively small trades, it can be off putting when you see the current price and then get quoted different for a larger buy. Just Waiting for news which hopefully stirs up volume to give people a better buy or sell price. Hopefully it's soon, no one likes to wait longer then needed. I think the sp would have had a better response if they did a 500k placing for new guys first, ride the rise caused by this and then do another £1.5m placing at a later date on a higher share price. No need to raise £2m in one lump that I can see, debt can be paid off over time. Sp is a bit of a coiled spring then. Now conspiracy theory time - Could this week be a fake drop to bring the daily average price down to justify a lower placing price? Or is there an order being filled? been able to get a quote to sell 500k all week but struggling to get quotes for reasonable buys.
