They would have to publish a prospectus and have an egm to issue that many shares as it would dilute existing shareholders so heavily and significantly change the company. So we might find out the plan soon.

Aslong as they raise £5m at 5p or more I don't care. If they do some carp like prem or lgo and try raise on primary if at ~30% discount on today's price that would be annoying. But not the end of he world, any certainty to complete the aim listing will help.

Talking about coal why would the caf twitter retweet that article about coal prices when we don't have a coal investment (yet?). Come on BOD show us what's up your sleeve!

I still think the current assets will be sold off. explored - possibly proved - sold off, won't get to production under PERE, simply costs too much, instead they will be used as a way of funding the close to production acquisition - hopefully to get it in to production - that the BOD hopefully has up its sleeve

Other note : Obviously if the share gets suspended you can not easily trade it while suspended. (But I have seen occasions when people trade shares privately to close off shorts to cash in quicker while a company has been in administration eg London mining) Some one might also take a long / short against the stock to supply you the shares. But at some point hey need to buy the shares to close their position.

If you ring the broker you can always buy, they look at sell orders people have set and will say... you can have x amount but at this price .... then a trade occurs at a higher price then the last trade. Same happens if you wanted to sell in a rush but it's going NT (e.g. In an oil company that's drilling and hits a duster - you can sell because someone has a buy order at x price but that could be 5-10-50% lower then last trade)

The ~50% rise from the lows seen this week, should definitely help get PERE noticed! Bring on the new ticker!

You could always find out what exchange they are trading on, And the transfer them to a broker who trades shares in that exchange. ?

So the 101k share trade at 2.61 showing on NEX was purchased as normal on CAF aim listing. Why does it show on there and not here? Do the mm not have shares available at this price in their aim accounts? Also hypothetically Does that show what would happpen if Caf fail to complete rto and de list on aim - existing shares will just be transferred to nex exchange?

So looking forward I hope to see update including: Name change and ticker change, Updated website, The DL plan, including possibly new investments, Updates on lithium and copper - both said news shortly, RTO completion. Other ones that would be nice - Confirmation of seller finished. - Director buy ins at £1 a share. (Very wishful thinking but I've only said it to keep the mood up)
