Was thinking it was the start of the run up yesterday, it was higher on every quote till 2pm,

and every buy quote of various sizes £500-20k wanted a higher and higher price too.

I guess When it wants to move it will fast.

I’m not trading it, but it’s basically at double today’s CLN conversion.

Thinking HCL was the cornerstone backer of the rights issue, and they got 41m that were not taken up at rights price.

It’s debt Interest, it’s all profit.

Even if It Could raise £10m, clear the debt, it’s still not be profitable and likely need more cash again by year end, its cash flow is awful and it’s ran awfully.

If it raises £4m and kept the debt it will also need to raise again by year end.

But as a trade goes I would probably take it up at 4p with the intent to flip at 10p after raise, with the gamble being on what they set the raise price at.

I’m cant as im held up in other stocks, but I definitely can see the appeal of a trade at this level, if timing was different I probably would participate

I looks like so far, they have kept the shares obtained from past interest conversions on the bond as they were at 8% prior

Still think It will go back to £1, pre trial.
