But That argument could have been used at every cash raise, the share price still offered an exit at higher than the prior raise.

(A 3x of raise price for a 200% gain on the raise. )

The £1-1.35 estimates for this raise is based on mcap.

It’s the same company as when it was £2-2.70 at £2.40-325m mcap but now it has its 30 odd mil in its pocket, and sat at £80m mcap.

The sp went up atleast 50p to £2.14 on every raise.

If you don’t want to trade it there’s plenty of others out there.

this shows the share has a 100% history of a offering a potential gain on every fundraise, if people wanted to sell and take it.

All Previous raises offered a higher exit price shortly to a year after. This one will be the same.

Churns then moves back up. £1 - £1.35, might be by Xmas, depends on how quick it churns.

They extended the £300k CLN 12 months and raised £300k at 1p just the other day.

And 1p was a great improvement from the 0.1667p the cancelled fund raise offered.

Runs on a shoe string when it wants to this.

Expect They will wait for the sale of the trex handbag before raising more (unless share price goes silly prices and stupid for them not to beforehand )

Half of rights issue taken up to average down, the other half and the fee shares are in a position where they would likely be flipped as soon as issued.

Once the shares are issued they will churn down to around the rights price and then work it back up from there imo.

I took the rights and will prob try adding along the way back to £1+ as there’s only a few other stocks I’m currently interested in, i see 43/44p-50p a fairly safe bet on over next 12 months for a bag or so.

58p to buy a reasonable qty now.

I would not be surprised to see a dip to rights issue price, sometimes shares even briefly drop under rights issue price as some flip a quick small guaranteed averaged out gain.

You could save £5k if timing that trade well vs the 49p end of day ask price.

It will be no way near as large as your desired purchase but I’ll be buying a few more too, as I see it going back to a quid plus in short time.

Actually had a chance to read rns it is just rights.

Obviously market sensitive info is around but not released.

A guess but maybe to do with II uptake, i got my full uptake is oversub, so guessing little uptake from most, and there is now a very significant holder >30%

~£7-8k under a penny left atm, then quotes 1.15p.
