As soon as they announce that the RI has cornerstone investors the share price is just going to go up, it will go back to £1 quick sharp before the new shares hit the market and just like that the cornerstone investors have earned the cash required for the raise, or reduced their averages to a profitable position again. (With the only losers are long term holders suffering from dilution and those who sold, same as it always is)

All will come out in the wash in time, at 45-50p it’s a no brainer, but don’t put the house on it, and if you end up doubling your cash it never hurts to take profit. It is pharma after all and will need more cash in 2028.

I thought the same early last week shaml, but at <50p I’m assuming it’s closer to the bottom, €0.50 to £0.50 was my desired entry.

I Was waiting patiently on sidelines until I jumped in during the live investor update call when share price alone looked like sentiment had turned for the better, but that was a bad judgement on my end.

Existing holders might not get offered as many shares as some would need to average down, it can’t be a 1 for 1 offer as would have needed auth for 120m, not 80m.

With 120m shares in issue and asking for 80m, they are probably securing €20m backing from existing and new investors, 40m shares.

Then Offer 40m shares remaining to the existing at a 1 share for every 3 currently owned.

If you are in at £2 and are offered at 43p / €0.50 then you will only take your average down to £1.60.

The market doesn’t care if you or I invest anymore, but or how much we may make or lose.

Any shares not taken up by existing holders will be flipped for 10-20% or more by another party.

The rights issue will be taken up by institutions, funds and brokers who will flip it for easy profits from the RI price, whatever that may be.

Just like they did the €1 raise, eventually pushing it to £2.70.

Quite impressive to knock £150m off the mcap in a week, £200m to £50m mcap, just for a €40m raise.

Cash they didn’t even need to raise in one lump, and when the company had £7m worth of stock it could have just sold in to market at £2, and used existing facilities to fund a large chunk of it.

Once authorised they can put the rest of the RI details together, sign it off and offer it to shareholders / potential underwriters / or other backers.

If that’s right you could buy stock at 55p and the rights issue pay for itself with the profits.

The company itself is listed as owning 3.68m shares 28/1/26, why didn’t they sell them at £2-2.70 and raise £7-10m, then raise the rest of the required cash in a controlled manner ? They could have raise much more at potentially far less dilution, it wouldn’t have been inside dealing as the said prior they will need cash to progress.
