Nearly a third of the company.

How about a £300k raise at 1p to start, clear the loan and give a bit of short term breathing room.

Then a mil at 1.5p, with one for one accelerated warrants at 3p, and a pump to 5p.

Leaving ~250m shares in issue total, £2m cash to use, and a £12m mcap at 5p

Some funds may decide to sell their current equity, utilise the capital loss for taxes due this period against gains made elsewhere, and then buy the stock back via the rights issue, leaving them with the same exposure to FARN.

I was surprised the sp stayed so high for so long

The bond RNS’ stated they had cash till q2 26, sp floated around £1.70 at time.

The sp only dropped after the raise RNS asking for authority over 80m shares, which effective put 43p / €0.50 in huge writing across to the market, the drop after that rns was large holders selling to fund the RI.

They could have engineered a better approach to raising finances for sure, but Without the RI the company would have been bankrupt.

43p floor this time and it goes to £1-1.25, if they raise cash in the pump it stays higher, or next raise end 2027 is lower priced again.

Fees are often around 6-10%, so yea slightly heavy, but it’s pharma and extreme risk.

Effectively it costs similar to a two year loan at 8%.

They can sell off their allocation and then pump it now.

It’s a pharma research company, every past raise has given the investors a chance to exit at a profit, last £1 raise it moved to £2.70.

It will raise and it will double or treble from the raise price again,

What’s the plan, buy the raise and hold till all the cash has been spent on what it was raised for, then act surprised when the company asks for more cash for the next phase.🤷‍♀️

Euro and LSE combined have Only needed to churn 3m ish volume over last few days to move it off the 46p lows to 60p.

There was about 38m total to love it from £1.90 to the lows over the ~10/2/26 to 23/2/26 period.

The shares that got dumped seem to have dried up, it won’t take much to move the share upwards again into the rights issue, if the company prices it right.
