I think it's a shame, the licences could have made a small aim explorer. Oh well they made cash onwards and upwards. They will probably do the same with he lithium and PERE will be just a cash shell with no assets.

I will be topping up at some point, what ever they decide to do I still think the lithium and copper assets could form a £10m mcap aim explorer. Even if spun out from the new Pere

Ok thank you for clarifying. so potentially before a move to LSE they could still do a big raise give new investors a "one time deal with extra warrants" and then move to LSE to also give the new investors limited risk of dilution from future raises. They must be confident that there is potential cash on the table waiting to invest in PERE as they only had £500k in December before the GET and USL deals.

Options and warrants currently outstanding - 53,082,948 @ 4.34p, shares in issue - 81.84m 20% of total 134m shares is only 27m. 27m as warrants against a massive capital raise (£81k at 3p, 54k at 2p) is hardly much of an incentive.

will a LSE listing even be viable with all the current warrants outstanding ? + what they give away if they raise extra capital, under LSE rules they can only have 20% of the shares as warrants (rule below), currently there are warrants close to 50% of current number of shares in issue outstanding. Ive decided to wait till placing price and number of shares to be issued is known before my next investment here. I want to know what % of the new company the existing 81m "legacy shares" will be. I'm Happy to buy more if the mcap works out around 2~3 x cash in bank although a nice jv project partnership could blow that away.

I expect they will pay very little for project then pay royalties or buy a small stake run the project and "earn" a larger stake as the project progresses and reaches milestones under Pere management.

I tried buying 400k as soon as the bid hit 2.0-2.25 ask - but had NT on anything over £500 and couldn't ring up at the time, yet I was getting full quotes before and after when bid was up at 2.25-2.5. Biding my time, so I got a plan either way up or down but a simple jump up would make it easier.

Strange how the market always works, that new "potential" investors have more information then existing investors. They must have been given information on the bods plan, and if they agreed to invest then the price and number the of shares is known aswell.

I agree art, the two deals we have could have made a 10m mcap company with little extra funding on their own. That why I got in initially. Yes we need to know the plan and the share price is rubbish at the moment. I would rather the new bod just buy a few more percent in GET to have a controlling stake and that would have solved the time and RTO issues, then explore the lithium and do a kod / rem. Then start and fund a sub company on a high share price with the new plans they have. But They are doin what they are doing, and we don't really know what it is.DL did say he didn't want coal he wants stuff like gold. But no one will know till deals done. It's a punt either way.
