Parts are in the rns's but I wanted confirmation. no need for the website to be 5 months out of date, especially after such a significant change. Plus they have 4 parties with significant holdings now, the website only lists 3

I did email the company last week for an updated list of significant share holders, as the last update on website is 23 June 2017. It's changed quite a bit since the 30% listed there. Will post it if I get a reply. I know its over 50% now.

Lets get to 0.12p+ for 90 days first, before we start planning construction for ramp access to the stairway to heaven.

Weird morning 10 mins of trading bargains and i now have 1.5m more HER shares here for free. Unfortunately I couldn't put more funds to use and it was over as quick as it happened. Clln was down to 15p now 30p Angus was down to 13p now 17p Ggp was down to 1.2p now green 2.1p Now waiting for 0.11 here in HER

looking at the RNS's this is what i see. 13th july darius -21.03% 1,703,792,008 shares. 9 aug lind - 20.51% 1,851,881,731 shares. 3 aug shining - 4.43% 400,000,000 shares. 24 oct cms - 5.23% 580m (batch 1) shares. total = ~51.2% over 4.5B shares issued at 0.01,0.02,0.03,0.045 held by 4 major share holders. and with each issue their stake increases. Her is currently at 0.06 and the 51.2% just valued their HER shares at 0.12. even if it fluctuates between here and 0.12 thats a massive potential gain. and if it falls the 51.2 % have more to loose then me so thats some good encouragement for them

The odd thing I'm finding at the moment is that even with 9b shares in issue it's been NT to buy more often then not, and even when I use buy orders (at a higher sp then at the time) they have gone to execution and then don't get filled which is a first for me. Aiming for a core holding of free riding shares ready for when the drill results start to get announced. Nothing's guaranteed but it's quite an incentive for cms to hold for a short while. Tonight to reclarify that they are completely out of MAGP, i think the bod here should taken note and update shareholders that a significant holder that had over 5% at last reporting has sold up 2 weeks ago. Very poor considering that they are supposed to update after 2 days.

Can someone confirm the rns pricing "1,250,000,0000 shares issued to CSA at today's price of 0.03p but shares are locked into until the share price of the Herencia Shares exceed 0.012 pence for a minimum of 90 days;" - 0.012p as in one quarter of the current sp? "The Convertible Security has the same conditions as announced on 5th April 2016. Herencia (AIM: HER) announces that Lind Partners and Darius may each exercise its right to convert US$150,000 of convertible loan notes into shares at an exercise price of �0.0012 ("Conversion") or some 4 times higher than the current share price. Pursuant to the Conversion, new ordinary shares of 0.12p each ("Ordinary Shares"), will be admitted to trading on AIM." - And 0.12p - double the current sp? Why such different sp prices? 0.012p and 0.12p?

What's the point in dropping if it's not going to fill my buy orders which were at a higher price then the sp, and when trying to buy via a normal trade it's NT all the time. Can't win.

High rollers buying in now ..... £1 .... £8.55. looks like consolidation really helped. Traded more yesterday when most had no access to shares lol

Change of isin, come back in a few days once it's all settled. Unless trump has recalled the 'invest in America to earn a visa' laws it's still doing the same as it was yesterday.

Selling the stakes in wells just funds drilling new ones, Isn't that just part of the wed plan and how magp gets paid to fund further stakes in the new ongoing drills? This, ntog, consolidation, all building up to a chunky rns.

Look on the upside there is a high chance of this being 5-10p next week and you won't need a wheelbarrow to carry the stock.
