RE: My last word on the supposed £1000,000 lose a day.16 Oct 2022 21:19
@ Oli G.
Apparently, the dividend payments came from GLS coffers. I think that has been mentioned many times here. So, the £149m figure still stands. But still a reduction Q on Q.
You mention hitting OFCOM targets? No chance in my office. I'm not sure how lean other offices are, but we are so lean we are like a skeleton, on a diet.
This is all about the removal of the USO.
We fail daily in my office. We still hadn't caught up from the last strike. And then we had Thursday.
It's as plain as the nose on Pinocchio Thompsons face. Once the USO has gone, he can fail as often as he likes. Without reporting.
I'll bet the shareholders won't care about crimbo or birthday cards, hospital appointments or medication then.
The service will be so sh*t, and that includes parcels, that customers will be FORCED to look for other options.
How can this be good for the company? How can this be good for employees? How can this be good for shareholders?
