I posted that, taken from the people costs.
I assume that people costs would encompass everyone working under the umbrella.
However, we do not know what the "real workers," are paid. When i say real workers, of course i mean management, and office workers.

I actually think that the powers that be, have shot themselves in the foot with this one.
Nobody will come in early. Nobody will be rushing around anymore. Everyone will take their breaks.
The result? Even more failed deliveries. Especially after the collapsing of duties is put in place.
I'm not sure why it would enrage any posties. They cannot argue with time.

If you quote a monthly figure multiply by 12 and divide by 52 to get a weekly figure.

An overtime ban could be seen as UNOFFICAL INDUSTRIAL ACTION. Thereby rendering the instigator as well as the perpetrator liable for instant dismissal.
However, that does not mean anybody currently doing overtime has to comply. Unless, of course, it is scheduled attendance. Where you sign up to forward going overtime. This requires 1 months' notice to relieve yourself of your obligations.
I think that's how it works. But if you need any clarity consult your ADR.

What world do you live in?
Delivery offices are end of chain. I thought you'd know that. MC's can do whatever they like too "clear" their work areas. And they do!!!
An example for you. Mail of any shape or size comes into a mail centre, because they do not have the facilities to deal with it, it is sent out to a delivery office. This creates the illusion that the MC's are clear. The D.O returns the mail later that day as missorted.

So maybe MC's aren't seeing any issues, but D.O's are.
